Family Fun place is exactly what you’re looking for! Very friendly and responsive host! Plenty of activities for both young and not so young, with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this spot with a GREAT host!

Our niece, more specifically my wife’s niece, scheduled her wedding for the 2024 Green Bay Packer home opener. I watched the prices tic up and then found this gem. Me and my wife 58, my in-laws 80s and our grown boys, 20s, just looking for a place to sleep. Dani was patient with the flux of numbers at an Italian wedding, maybe 7, maybe 9, ended up being the original six of us. An impeccably quiet and private location. If you need a place after a Green Bay visit, book Dani’s place. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very quiet, private, neighborhood. Perfect.

Excellent experience - well kept, clean, and lots of space - we stayed there two nights to attend the NFL draft in Green Bay -Appleton a great location - just 30 minutes from Lambeau - away from the madness, and access to restaurants, groceries, etc - we recommend Matteo's - a fantastic place for breakfast - bring you appetite!

They were great hosts. We had a family emergency while in town and they were very flexible with us adding a night and doing a later check out so we could take care of our loved one. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and property for a quiet family get away. Lots of fun amenities for the kids to enjoy, and a safe, private, fenced in back yard. Very responsive owners with any questions we had. Would love to rent again.

Our stay at the Old Schoolhouse was great! The house was clean and well organized and had all the things we needed. The grounds were beautiful and we had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering at nights around the fire pit. Communication from Heather was fast and she thoroughly answered my questions. We had a great time at the Old Schoolhouse and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you, Heather!

My father passed away during this visit to Appleton and we had extra requests for Mark, including several extensions of our stay and additional guests. Mark was very responsive and flexible, and any issues with the house ( new cookware needed) were attended to immediately. It was nice not to worry about extraneous issues at this difficult time. The house was lovely, cozy and comfortable. We are staying there again when we return for a Spring memorial service and visit.

Another great stay at one of Marks properties. When I travel for business I always look for one of Marks listings as his properties are always pristine, easy to check in and always as described. This property was really peaceful and quite ,porch off main bedroom to the little backyard that is fenced in was perfect . Thank you again

We came to Appleton for a Green Bay game. We absolutely loved our stay at The White Castle and Appleton! The house was just as described and just like the pictures. When we arrived, the check in process was very easy and the house was super clean. The location was perfect as well. It was in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood just a short drive to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. Mark was a great host - communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay again!! Enjoyed our stay and the fenced yard was perfect for our pup. Convenient, quiet location and the house was clean, comfortable, welcoming and well stocked.

My wife and I (and standard poodle) enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful stay on Nawada Street in Appleton. Quiet, walkable neighborhood with exceptional food options (book Ellinor!). Thoughtful decor, cozy vibe…Brian’s home has all the amenities. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time staying at Mark’s place. Met our groups needs and had plenty of space to spread out.

We had a group of 7 adults stay at this house and there were ample amenities for all of us. The beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of clean towels for all of us, plus two washer/dryers for when we needed to do some personal laundry. I sleep with a fan and was delighted to find one in the closet, but the real treat was the white-noise machine on the bedside table. The Fox Cities Exhibition center is a very short drive from the house, as is the Airport. We had everything we needed and more to cook and eat meals for 7 people. There were bags of microwave popcorn by the theater room for us, as well as plenty of soft blankets for movie time. The garage is huge, parking was a breeze… we had a wonderful time and if we ever come back to Appleton, we are coming back to 1554 W Prospect. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

The house matched the pictures wonderfully. The stay was magical. The location of the house was very convenient to be able to walk to our event downtown.
