New top floor studio in the in the middle of everything! Apt has high quality furniture (Artek, Familon), fully equipped kitchen unit and a bathroom with washing machine. 140cm bed. Enjoy city view from the French balcony or relax with Netflix after a day in the city. Free wi-fi. Railway station is a five-minute walk away, shopping and restaurants less than that. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Please note that smoking is prohibited, including the balcony. You are warmly welcome!

My aparment is located just a stone´s throw away from Oulu riverside, and the nearest shop and nearby restaurants are less than 100 meters away. Bus connections are good (the nearest bus stop is located 70 meters away). My apartment is located on the first floor (not on the ground level) and the apartment has been fully renovated.
