Great “home away from home” house. The area around the “vacation village park” is pretty quiet but by car everything is near by. Jeannette and her husband welcome us at the first day and informed us about the area around during a face to face check, House is equipped with everything you need for daily life. I would strobngly recommend it!

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

Lovely home in charming sea side village of Callantsoog. Well equiped and nicely decorated. 8 minute walk to the beach, 3 mins to supermarket and restaurants.

The house is located in a quiet enclosed area and corresponds exactly to the host's description. Lovely terrace and enclosed garden - and especially good with toilet on the 1st floor by the bedrooms. Only small note is that the stairs to the first floor are a bit steep. We are happy to come again when our road drops past the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home and are thankful to Annet for her warm welcome and hospitality. The house was very clean, with fresh linens, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot for a family getaway. we were satisfied with our experience and would gladly return in the future.

The location of the house is particularly nice. Various water birds could be observed from the house. All facilities worked and there was nothing missing. The written instructions for the house guests were very helpful and up to date. Our very friendly host Andreas was always available.

What a gem this Cottage is! We spent a wonderful few days there in peace and in complete privacy. It is so nicely decorated and equipped with everything that we felt right at home. With the bad weather, we spent more time indoors but that was definitely not a punishment. We'd love to come back!

Everything was nice and as expected. The house is small but really cozy and it‘s only a few steps to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay. :)

We had wonderful days in the beautiful, very well maintained, cozy and quiet accommodation with Ineken and Roel and were very warmly welcomed!We lacked nothing and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the cottage at the foot of the dunes and the proximity to the beach! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you very much dear Ineke and dear Roel!☺️

The clay house is really great, we immediately felt very comfortable. The host Jan and his wife welcomed us very warmly and there were fresh flowers on the table to welcome us. The location of the little cottage is perfect if you are looking for tranquility. It is located in the host's beautiful garden, but in such a way that you can enjoy your privacy. We'll be back for sure!!

What a wonderful apartment! Right in the center of Alkmaar, so everything is within walking distance . The apartment itself has all the comforts. Lovely sofa, beautiful kitchen and good bed. Really nothing to criticize and definitely recommended if you want to relax and enjoy everything Alkmaar has to offer. Especially around the holidays, with all the beautiful Christmas decorations, a pleasure to watch the life of the city pass you by.
