This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

Beautiful cycladic rural house with modern elements and decoration that respects the greek island architecture. House with a lot of light, nice views of the horizon, sunset and the sea, very quiet, ideal for a nice greek vacation. Also, very close to the islands main shop life and 12 minutes walking to the nearest beach.
