Vacation rentals with a pool in Otsego County

My group all enjoyed our time in the home. We were there for my son who was playing at CASV. The drive was about 20 minutes which was easy & convenient for us. After spending hours at CASV each day it was a relief to come back to a quiet home/neighborhood. We all absolutely loved the pool and wish we had more time to enjoy it! The pool was clean upon arrival & was the perfect size for my big group. The beds were all comfortable. The home does have unfinished areas, such as the basement & little house beside the pool. We wish the home had more blankets & pillows - we ended up purchasing some at Walmart. We appreciated the A/C throughout the home, although the den did grow too warm at times. We also used the Keurig every morning for coffee, as well as the water cooler consistently. Washer/dryer were so useful & we used them daily. The home was overall comfortable and functional and I’d recommend it to any group/family. Host was very accommodating & helpful!

We stayed here for Week 12 of Cooperstown ASV for my son, I am so happy we booked this house! It was super close to ASV about 10 min drive with multiple routes to get there. Super close to stores and downtown main street. The house felt like home very comfortable and clean and newly renovated so modern/updated inside. The host was amazing so helpful and sweet very responsive with any questions we had. We had a rainy week so we spent a lot of time in the house and it was perfect! We also had a 5.5yr old and she had a lot of space to hang out and play! I highly recommend this home for your stay it will not disappoint!!!!

A beautiful location! Quiet, comfortable, and not far from anywhere you’d like to visit nearby. Elizabeth is a wonderful host! Highly recommended!

Jerry was a great host. This rental property was a perfect home base for our sons' Cooperstown tournament.

The surroundings were great and it was close to All Star Park as well as not far from Cooperstown. There was plenty of space to spread out and after a long day we wanted nothing more than to relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Anita was great and friendly and greeted us upon arrival. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The house was as described and in a beautiful and private setting. It was really great to come back to the peaceful location after chaotic days at Allstar Village for our boys' baseball games! The pool was excellent to have with the young baseball siblings we had staying at the house and the large driveway was great for riding scooters and drawing with chalk. The house itself has so much character and is very roomy. I had to meet the host to check-in which I felt was unusual and honestly a bit inconvenient while trying to coordinate all the activities at ASV. The host required multiple visits to check in on the pool (admittedly there was an issue she was dealing with the pool during our stay) and to do "grounds maintenance" - I never did see anything needing maintenance during our stay. All in all it was a great stay and the host was very accommodating, even to ship a few items that were left. Great location for families at Cooperstown ASV.

excellent house for a small group visiting for a week. Close to ASV and downtown. enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, and watching the occasional deer early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the sweethouse. Everything was as described, but would note that the pool was nicer than expected! Unique place with lots of character. Would stay here again.
