Cottage vacation rentals in Oswestry

Beautiful home in a very scenic location. The little village 5 mins drive away had everything we needed and the surrounding castles are stunning. My favourite part of the whole stay was being able to sit with a coffee and watch all the birds (we even spotted a kingfisher and a woodpecker!) feeding up close from the patio area with a view of the gorgeous valley surrounding us. Niamh was a perfect host, making sure we had everything we needed and gave us a few handy tips for places to check out which made our stay all the more memorable. Thanks so much for hosting us, unfortunately we forgot our swimsuits so didn't get a chance to use the hot tub (which looked delightfully toasty!) but it's a great excuse to come back soon!

Perfect weekend stay at this lovely cottage in North Wales. Well equipped, spacious and great value for money. Lola was responsive to all our queries and all instructions were clear. Unfortunately we stayed during a storm so didn’t get to venture outside but the hot tub made up for that! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely house, nice a private with a gorgeous view. Hot tub was an amazing touch and the house as a whole was very homely, warm and made you feel right at home as soon as you walked in can’t commend them enough for the exterior design and interior design it was brilliant.

Great stay just outside of Chester, 15 minutes in the car. Would recommend staying. Jacuzzi is great just takes a long time to get up to temperature. Take wood with you before arriving. Would stay here again next time in the area. Host was great.

Beautiful two night stay at coach house. Definitely will book again. Such a tranquil place and accomodation is well curated with everything you need. Perfect for us and two children. Lovely views from the garden and hot tub. Watch the moon in the evening whilst you soak in hot tub, what more could you want!

From the outset, the cottage looked very well looked after. We were staying with family who live close by so we knew the area very well. The cottage had everything you needed. Robert and Wendy had left additional items that we weren't expecting which was well received after a long journey. It had such a cosy feel and I would love to stay there in better weather to make use of the fantastic rear garden by the canal. Thank you so much for responding to my request with kindness. The lock house was amazing, if we could move in we would. You can tell the work and love that has gone into the place and it shows in the character. The location and scenery was picturesque, me and our dog really enjoyed waking up early, watching the sunrise and cows wake up and wonder outside. The house felt like a home, and I was very sad to have to leave. The location was brilliant 10 min walk away from the local pub and a few minuets drive to the local town. We went for a walking holiday which the location gave us plenty of. If you’re thinking of booking this place, do it, you won’t regret it.

Wonderful host and a beautiful place to stay. So cosy and homely in a stunning location. Really peaceful atmosphere and a great way of exploring the fantastic views Wales has to offer! This is a fantastic little Cottage, that has been well thought out and has everything catered for. Rachel meet us on arrival and had some great recommendations about local walks, we stopped over as visiting friends so didn’t get to use them but we will definitely book next time for a longer stay when we are across.

Ive cottage was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem! We loved our stay at Yellowstone Cottage! Ruth was super responsive and we loved the extra little touches- the homemade cake was delicious. We would highly recommend!

Such a lovely Air bnb, well kept and in a lovely area. About an easy 30min drive from Chester, and taxis reasonable price. Easy parking and kept clean. Kept warm with heating and good WiFi. Shaun also very responsive through the messages if we had a query. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend!

Most enjoyable first visit to Bridgenorth to visit relatives. This was the perfect location to explore everywhere on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very homely. Would not hesitate to recommend to others!

We’ve had a lovely couple of days catching up with friends. The Royal Oak and Morris Dancers are fantastic pubs with great food. Plenty of walks and doggie friendly. Julie’s place was lovely and homely, clean and Julie was responsive and kind. Looking forward to our next trip!

First of all a very friendly and personable host. An ideal property for a couple Cosy lounge, very usable kitchen, spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle and a good sized bedroom with comfortable bed.

Me & my partner stayed here for 2 nights and it was by far THE BEST getaway. The cottage its self is absolutely beautiful. Small and cosy, it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. Michelle (the host) is absolutely lovely and nothing was ever too much for her. She was extremely attentive and helped us with any queries that we had. We will definitely be returning here in the future and we will be staying for longer. Thank you so much again Michelle for having us :)

Quiet farm location and makes an ideal base for exploring the area in cosy self catering accomodation. I myself would use again if returning to the area with friends.

The cottage is a great escape in Wales, with plenty of natural visiting spots nearby. The space is well designed and a cosy winter escape.
