Very nice hostess. Dias house is located in a small quiet village. Everything was perfect (hot tub, sauna, party garage, etc.)

A great place to feel right at home. Everything newly furnished, with many extras, everything you need, including a welcome gift. Everything clean, tidy and cozy. Absolutely recommended.

The house is simply magical. The kitchen is an absolute feel-good place. We got along very well with the gas stove. The fireplace is also a dream in winter time. The underfloor heating made the lower rooms pleasantly warm. In the village, there are several bakers, the closest is best reached by car and has a great range of bread/rolls/stollen/cakes. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were plenty of towels provided. The furnishings and decorations are lovingly designed. All in all it was a very very nice holiday.

Beautiful house with lots of nature. We spent New Year's Eve here with our family and were very satisfied. Very cozy and lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and it was very very clean. Thank you so much dear Hanka!

We arrived as a family with 8 people. The place is nice, just outside, but offered us space for 2 cars. The garden is beautiful and large. It offers 2 football goals, volleyball net stands and terrace (but we were there in winter). That's why our boys' darts and ping pong were more important in the basement. Everything being clean. The decor was a little older. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. The living area is spacious and furnished to feel good, but the bedrooms are functional but rather small and older. The landlady is very nice and helpful, even with special requests (Christmas tree stand, lighting and jewelry). We can recommend the place and would book there again!

We had a wonderful stay in this small, cozy cottage, overlooking the beautiful Pöhlberg and within walking distance of the center of Annaberg.

We will be happy to come back. It is just a short distance from the brewery with restaurant.

We were in Karlovy Vary as a large family for a weekend. The place was great and we felt right at home, the area is nice and quiet and private. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to thank the host for this great weekend.

We spent two nights at xy’s place where the host welcomed us with a special holiday welcome surprise as we stayed during New Year’s Eve. We never experienced such kind welcoming before other than at our family’s place and really made us feel at home. The place itself is very clean, tidy and well-equipped. The view overlooking the walking street’s architectural details is one of a kind. We were very happy to stay very near (approx 3 mins walk) to the springs.

We were completely satisfied with our place. We particularly liked the interior design, cleanliness and location of the apartment. Communication with Thomáš was also uncomplicated and easy. We would come back any time. ☺️

Super nice hosts, very eager to meet any requests. 😊 Everything was also nicely decorated for Christmas and prepared for me love. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable.

9.9/10 The only minus is that if it is snowing and ice, , it is hard for an old person to arrive at the apartment. But the apartment was one of the best. Amazing ! Trully amazing ! I recommend 100% and I would love to come back anytime.

There were five of us at Veronika's over the weekend. The AirBnb is very centrally located in Karlovy Vary and everything is within walking distance! There is a lot of space in the accommodation and everyone felt really comfortable. ☺️👍🏻

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

We spent 3 nights with 2 friends at Silke's place in Geyer. The kitchen is well equipped, also the bathroom and bedroom were very modern and homely. Highly recommend for an extended weekend.

Absolutley superb location, timely communication, super-clean and well-appointed place! They were flexible on the check-in time, saved a parking spot for us in their courtyard and came down to meet us at arrival. They provided local recommendations and were very reponsive. Highly recommended.
