A great place to feel right at home. Everything newly furnished, with many extras, everything you need, including a welcome gift. Everything clean, tidy and cozy. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay at Florian's house was simply wonderful. The stylish, minimalist decor makes the house a special place. The unobstructed view of nature and the fireplace in the living room invite you to switch off and unwind. Otherwise the house is equipped with everything, the beds are cozy and everything is very clean. The communication with Florian was great and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Super nice cottage with 2 apartments and a great garden. Enough space for the children to let off steam. Very quiet and located in nature. We had a lovely few relaxing days.

We stayed for the second time in the apartment with Rosa and had a very great extended weekend. Even after the really easy and flexible check-in, we felt very comfortable again. The apartment is spacious and also offers enough space for a large family (we were 8 adults and 2 children). The kitchen is very good, equipped with everything needed. The house is simply super cozy and very lovingly furnished, especially now during the Advent season. We slept heavenly in the cozy beds after our excursions. Rosa responded promptly to inquiries or requests in a friendly and extremely courteous manner. She was always there for us. We will be back for sure. Thank you for the time. very nice and big home

We were here on a family vacation and loved it!! The accommodation is wonderfully quiet, very clean and especially the sauna convinced us very much. Furnishings and sauna are very tasteful:) we would come back any time!!

The stay in Karlovy Vary was very successful due to this centrally located apartment. Everything necessary was available in the apartment and the arrival and departure went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment very much!

This is a cute little place very central in Karlovy Vary. Everything was as described. We could walk everywhere. There is a large Albert supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and communication was easy. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Thank you Barbora!

Super nice appartment, very tidy and beautiful and comfortable interior. I also enjoyed the massage chair and infrared sauna a lot. Communication was super fast and friendly and I was offered help proactively. The location is located in a normal living area, to the touristic centre it takes ca. 25-30 minutes by foot or 10-15 minutes by bus.

It's a great place to stay, the view itself is worth it. :)

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Located in a pedestrian zone. The windows overlook the courtyard and are very quiet. The apartment is compact and comfortable. There is everything you need. Perfect for a couple.

The Apartment was amazing ☀️

The place is as described, it's adapted to children in many things, and that's nice. The kitchen is adequately equipped for everyday cooking as well. The balcony seating is great, there is a forest view from there. As minuses, we saw the fact that we had to close the living room in front of the children (3.5r, 10m) so they wouldn't play there with breakable things, but it wasn't a significant issue. The mattresses were quite soft for our taste. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (left door) and another staircase leads up inside the apartment to two more bedrooms and the second bathroom (strong slope/angle in the roof). It is very clean, spacious and sensibly furnished. However, we could not turn on the stove (probably because of child-proofing?) A description on site would make sense for this. But we got along well with the microwave and then didn't ask. The parking garage (50m around the corner) was exciting but with a Tiguan it worked out well. I've never experienced such a turntable in front of the car elevator, but it's helpful with the tight space conditions. The location of the house is very close to the center, we explored the city exclusively on foot for two days. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

Absolutley superb location, timely communication, super-clean and well-appointed place! They were flexible on the check-in time, saved a parking spot for us in their courtyard and came down to meet us at arrival. They provided local recommendations and were very reponsive. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Patrick’s place - it was exactly as described and pictured. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The surrounding area is beautiful and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again!
