The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a cozy conservatory. The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The garden offers nice nature, well-maintained vegetation and birds chirping for nature lovers. Here you can experience magical sunsets.

Possibility to put in an extra bed. A stone's throw from fantastic nature reserve with several nice barbecue areas, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. Among other things, there is an outdoor swimming pool (summer time), library, 2 pizzerias, hamburger restaurant and grocery stores in the village. Public transport to Malmö/Lund. Close to Sturups airport.

Swedish charming red wooden house with white knots. Free views, quiet and tranquility. Heated pool (May-Sept) and wood-fired sauna with peaceful views. Close to natural areas, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (about 20 min), golf courses and shopping in Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram is quiet, beautiful and peaceful at a convenient distance from the new E22. You quickly reach the Öresund region; Malmö (80km) and Copenhagen (110km). Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets, and not least, great food.

Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

Villa Sharevik is a fresh accommodation for both individuals and groups. Made for family weekend, 50th birthday party or team formation day for your company! It is located in the middle of the harbor level in Hörvik, just a couple of meters from sailboats, and beaches. In the summer you can rent individual rooms or the whole house. During the low season, we only rent out the whole house. Newly renovated where sheets, towels & cleaning are included. During the summer, simpler breakfast can be offered.

House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Bright and nice accommodation in beautiful Österlen.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car I have a charging box, let me know and we will figure it out for compensation. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Wonderful brick dream in Hagestad radby

Top renovated farmhouse, 260 square meters with 9 rooms. The house is built in 1912 and there is a large pool (5x10m), private courtyard, large garden with both green areas and trees, pergola and plenty of room for barbecue dinners. 3 large bedrooms with double beds and extra sofa beds. 5 km to the nearest beaches Löderup Strandbad and Sandhammaren. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Lots of parking spaces are available.
