This place was a fantastic stay. Centrally located and close walk to the beach while providing so much peace and quiet. The bed was on of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at in an Airbnb. If felt more like a home then an Airbnb. Everything we could need was in the apartment, including laundry detergent. If anything, Aubrey undercharges for this spot. It was lovely and I will stay here again.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Super charming place walkable everywhere! We loved our stay at Elena's place -- made us feel as if we're local french peeps staying at this beautiful apartment. Place was large and clean with plenty of space for the 4 adults in our group. We gathered in the open dining and living room area each night and morning. Kitchen was small but was fine since we didnt use it. Small shower area but also satisfactory. The other bathroom had a little tub/shower which only the smallest of us was able to use. Bedrooms were large with comfy beddings. Easy walk everywhere. Took us maybe 20 mins to get to Castle hill and the many many restaurants were within 5-10 minutes of the apartment. Easy to catch the bus also to get to Eze or Monaco from the apartment. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend to others.

Great vacation home with a very nice view. We enjoyed 14 days of sunny weather and that at Christmas. Our hangover was also welcome. Erwin and Liliane are two older and super friendly gentlemen. You will be welcomed with welcome drinks and homemade cakes. The delivery service with fresh baguette every morning is of course great. We were able to do many MTB tours from there. The apartment furnishings themselves are a bit outdated. But otherwise highly recommended.

Peaceful place, with a sublime view of the mountains and sea. A beautiful garden with a pool and barbecue. Beautiful colors in the sky during sunsets. The place is spacious, uncluttered, and very clean. Olga is extremely responsive and very kind. Nothing else to say.

Great apartment with a good location - amazing view from the house 😊

A wonderful place with an unrivalled view. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. The directions were a little complicated and could have been explained a little easier. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work and could only be repaired after a few days, because of course no customer service came during the Easter holidays. In return, we got a small discount on the heating costs. It was all very fair, friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Lovely large spacious apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Monaco, Monte Carlo and the surrounding areas. Everything is walkable from here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. We hired a car from Nice airport and were able to park in the Liberation car park very close to the apartment. I would highly recommend staying with Sarah in Beausoleil!

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very well equipped: electric roller shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Ideal for a family. The space is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc and the TV in the living room is large and there are the Netflix accounts already set up for guests in several languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!
