Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure the place feels like a second home, from fresh fruits to fresh sheets, and a dog-bed and bowls for our dog. The beautiful and fully fenced garden where our dog could roam free was the cherry on top of the cake. Dario was absolutely wonderful in welcoming us and our dog personally as we arrived, letting us park the car inside the property, and providing recommendations for restaurants, towns and attractions nearby and being available for any questions while being absolutely discreet. Thank you for the lovely goodbye gift, we will surely be back. Absolutely deserves 5-stars if not more.

I can’t possibly describe how unbelievable this place is. It’s not big but it’s cosy and big enough for a family of 4 but of course the views and sounds of the waves crashing below are magical. Cristina was a great host - super communicative, responsive and kind. The whole complex was empty as we visited in an off season but I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. Have a small car because parking is tight!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

The house offer everything for every generation. Enrico was very helpful in everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will visit again when we visit italy next time.

We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

Communication with Arnaud and the person on site was easy, fast, and proactive. The place fits perfectly with the images, everything was spotless and I can only recommend Arnaud as a host.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful apartment, very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The seafront is walkable, appx 30 minute stroll. Close to train & bus station. Menton is an excellent location for visiting this beautiful region. Thank you to Romain for being so helpful from booking to check our, we hope to get another opportunity to visit in the future .

Christine's place gives you one of the best views across Villefranche. It is also quiet and comfortable. We love the open plan feel of the apartment. The bed is more comfortable than most in Europe. Plenty of hot water, fast wifi, modern kitchen. We always found a parking space out front at this time of year. The sun on the glass in the morning warms the whole apartment so you barely need to use any heating. Christine was very responsive and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Jesper is a great host. The apartment is also super wow, excellent. I went to the grand prize in Monaco, the prices are high overall in this week, the only small problem I had was finding the apartment and the stairs towards it. Jesper is always willing to help and pass you information for an amazing stay! Thank you so much for everything Jesper. See you soon…!

The terrace is even better than on the pictures IMO. A really comfy flat in the heart of la Pigna. The view is top notch and having lunch on the terrace was a real delight. We'll come back for sure !

Well, since we loved this place so much, we went back to it again. Always perfect, convenient and pleasant studio. I would highly recommend it. Making a simple review for Emilio, for his structure, for the attention, for the extreme correctness and availability is really very reductive. It's difficult to summarize in a few words what we've been able to live on a single weekend. Emilio is one of the most available people ever met, his structure is wonderful, clean, cozy and full of comfort, from the barbecue, the sauna and the enchanting hot tub with video projector , Emilio really pampered us with attention that few do. It's been a dream for us. We will never stop thanking him for what he has been able to give us, we recommend it to all of you for sure that you will not be disappointed. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Exceptional apartment! Very nicely furnished with everything you need - we were in love from the first second. The location perfect, with underground parking, so we often walked along the sea into town. Many thanks to Delphine and Nicolas - a true gem!
