Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Osimo

Ours was a wonderful stay. Stefano's welcome: impeccable. The very modern apartment, with sea views, has all the comforts of home. We found a small welcome expense and a wide selection of breakfast products. Free street parking. In front of the apartment: bars, pastry shops, fruit and vegetable shop and cut pizzeria. Everything was perfect!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The place is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchenware, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and one can cook quietly. There is free street parking on the street. We had no difficulty parking, although in a few days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We use the site to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the site.

Federico is a really friendly and helpful host. The house is new and well furnished, with comfortable beds and a relaxing armchair. We had a great time, we will definitelyrepeat the experience ☺️

Lucia was kind and thoughtful before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being greeted with a carafe of fresh water and a basket of fruit. The apartment matched the listing descriptions; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, compensating with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and bedrooms. The beach is no more than a 10-minute walk away, and a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger, and a tobacco bar are nearby. Valid solution for a holiday in Grottammare.

Good location, both sea and supermarket within walking distance. Great stay, new, clean apartment with everything and above all a friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment. Welcoming and super responsive host. A very small WiFi problem otherwise the rating would be the highest. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants an enchanting timeless destination that has been able to subjugate us and take us to dazzling medieval festivals.

Ideal apartment to spend peaceful days in contact with nature but still staying a few minutes by car from the town center. Elisa and Sandro were always available and welcoming (upon our arrival they also made us find 2 very good jams of their production). The apartment reflects the description. Only notes of attention: some basic necessities were absent and the apartments are not well soundproofed so we have to hope that other guests know respectful of other people.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

Great stay at this place. We were a group of 6 friends (incl couples) in the regions for a days to attend a wedding. Good location to explore the Marche region. Quiet and peaceful location. It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with a fantastic view. Pizzeria 50m away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

Very kind and helpful host, very clean place and with everything you need (really family-friendly). Arianna's attention to detail has made the rainy days more enjoyable for every member of the family (our little girl loved all the books and games made available!!). It was also nice to make friends with the locals in the square!
