We really enjoyed the stay, wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet, great to stay within a neighbourhood where you can experience life in Japan and watch people walk to work, walk to school, walk their pets and tend to their house. Was only a quick stay but grateful to experience this all.

The house was smaller than I thought, and the bathroom was only on the first floor, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it was okay for 10 people to stay. Originally, 14 people were going to stay, but I think it would have been uncomfortable if 14 people used it. Friendly response, and I liked it because it was clean.

We had a wonderful stay!! The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and quite large. Communications were very good. The location is excellent. We highly recommend this home.

Had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. Place was new and very clean, felt straight at home immediately. Host was very accomodating and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place, will recommend and come back again!

This was a perfect stay for me and my 3 friends. We had a wonderful time in Osaka and the location really helped a ton with getting around seeing it was less than 5 minutes to get into Momodani station for their front door. The rooms were spotless on arrival and we greatly enjoyed the space. Hoping we can return again someday!

Responsive host. Nice neighbourhood The only downside is that it’s right next to a small railway, so we can hear the train go pass. This is hard for light sleepers.

Fantastic listing we highly recommend : private house well located near Tengachaya (15min by train from Namba), comfortable bedding, great and new equipment in the whole house (kitchen with all you need, big TV with Netflix, even the bathtub has TV ;-), reactive and helpful host. Beautiful stay. It accommodate our group of six perfectly. The location is a little out of Osaka. You have to take two local trains to get there. Other than that it was fantastic. We loved our experience there. There is shampoo and conditioner in both showers along with other amenities you may need like shower cap, comb etc. thank you for opening up your home to us! Host was responsive and allowed late check out.

There was a bit of dust on the mattress, so it was a bit of a star rating in terms of cleanliness, but the accommodation itself was very big and nice, and we were worried that we had a lot of people, but they helped us make a reservation and the accommodation was very easy to use. It's an easy place to walk, and I recommend it if you have a lot of people!

The location was great and the room, would come again

This home is beautiful. It’s been recently renovated and it looked, felt and smelled new. The decoration and furnishings were really lovely. It’s in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes from the main shopping and sightseeing area, 10-15 minute walk to station and 3 stops to Kawaramachi markets. It comfortably fits 7 people in 3 different bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Appliances and tableware were all high end. It doesn’t have closets in the bedrooms, just a couple of hangers, which seems to be common in Japan hotels. Shogo, our host, was very friendly, super communicative and helpful. Also very generous with his hospitality. This place is not in the middle of the busy sightseeing areas, but it’s relatively central and easy to get to places with public transport. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very cozy and spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.

Small townhouse located on a busy street. While taking a bath in the wooden bathtub, you have a beautiful view of a small backyard garden. Just great! We enjoyed it. There are various restaurants all around. However, we were glad that we were traveling with Japanese-speaking people. We would have been lost with English or the Google translator alone.

This property is brand new, with a modern and stylish feel. It's located near a vendor/market street, with a coffee shop, fruit and vegetable vendors, and smaller local restaurants. The train station is about a 5-minute walk away, and there is also parking available on-site. Fast response from the host. This place was great, we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Yanbin’s place was great! We really felt at home, at a Japanese home! Place is great, location was awesome! Away from the tourists but still super close to any action Kyoto offers! Yanbin was super friendly, always willing to help and put up with all my questions! Honestly a great place, plenty of room, comfortable and great location! Our kids were very careful around the house, but with so much space it was really great! Everyone had its own corner in the house to enjoy their reading, playing a game, reading a book or sipping a coffee/tea/sake! Highly recommended without a doubt! Thank you Yanbin, see you next time!

Feels like home, will definitely come back next time

The B&B was beautiful, and Yuki was still very considerate to prepare the fruit bread for us.Perfect for multiple people traveling together (this time we were 11 people).It was a wonderful time.

It was truly wonderful to stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for the five of us. The location is just the right distance to the tourist spots. Easy to travel to yet still have the distance away from the craziness. The home itself is clean and comes with so many amenities. It was nice to make breakfast for the family at the full kitchen before the start of our busy day of visiting then relax at the deep bath at night. With the 3 1/2 bath, we never had to wait. Super Donki is very close for tax-free shopping and everyday needs. Either go early morning or very late at night. It can get crazy crowded after all the stores or attractions closed. Although there are two 24hrs supermarkets close by, I prefer to ride the bike to Life which close at 12 or the 24 hr supermarket next to it. Again, so many options to choose from with the location of this wonderful home. If I visit Osaka again, 心宜’s home is def my first choice.

The description is as true as it is, fully furnished and tidy. The environment is peaceful, about 7 minutes from the MRT, which I think is okay. CP is extremely high! Good!

Beautiful location! Clean and spacious. Our favorite Airbnb out of the three we stayed in. Modern. Comfortable bedding. Amazing hosts that went way above and beyond. The only warning is that due to the maps application, not the host, the location was a little difficult to find. It’s closest to the Imazoto subway station, minutes away from the Airbnb. Definitely recommend!!

Good location. Quick train ride to downtown. Great for a few days, easy access to transport, and to airport. Host gave good instructions. It was a bit cold upstairs but we used an electric heater that was provided to keep the room warm and moved it downstairs when needed. There was a washing machine but we did not use it. We kept our luggage downstairs instead of moving upstairs as the stairs are steep.
