We had a great two-day stay at this place that perfectly met our expectations. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The bedding on the sofa bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches left by the host, who was available and responsive in answering our questions. The location was quiet, and the calm is respected between 10pm and 7am, it was appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises! Very good stay spent in this accommodation which was pleasant to live in: the neat decoration, the brightness of the house, etc. The accommodation was quite well-equipped for adults and children alike. The neighborhood is well connected in terms of transport and there are shops nearby. There is also a very nice park not very far away!

Ideally located to get to the center of Nantes (public transport nearby). Vincent was good advice.
