Very nice living room, large and sunny. Perfect for a good breakfast. Close to the train station, the garden of plants which is very beautiful and the city center. Nathan was very flexible for check-in and check-out

MARIE's accommodation is ULTRA functional… the location is ideal for a trip to the city center, you can do anything on foot it's great!! The bedding is perfect and comfortable and everything is there for a pleasant stay. I recommend it 100%.

Perfect place for a night in Nantes. Close tram and especially close to the banks of the erdre! What a pleasure to walk around after dropping off the luggage! The person who hosted me was lovely. Recommended!

Very clean and well-appointed rental, only small problem was that there was no water in the morning but the host was not to blame because of work in the street. attentive and very responsive host.

I had two great nights at Yoann's place. Although the walls are quite thin so I could hear the neighbors regularly, it didn't bother me more than that. Cleanliness and decor have given a peaceful charm:)

What can I say apart from that Gérard and his apartment are great!! Gérard is very responsive, accommodating and has good advice. His apartment is in a great location, the view of the machines of the island is breathtaking, and the rooftop jacuzzi🤩.

Good location. Parking is a big plus! clean and very clear instructions. small downside for the limited amount of hot water. we would have liked to extend our bath by adding hot water. I recommend it for everything else.

The apartment is a few meters from the tram that will take you directly to the city center, which allows you to leave your vehicles in the free parking spaces on the street of the accommodation. We appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation and the care taken in the decoration, as well as all the small touches from the hosts. (board games available, the welcome booklet with all the practical information etc.) We would also like to thank Arnaud for his speed in answering all our questions and his availability.
