From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye, the guest house built in 2021 is located on a part of our site. There are sleeping places for four people, two in double bedrooms and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse has its own wind sheltered patio. Here, all seasons have a fancy. It is 200 meters to rocks with a bathing ladder. A more than a mile away, there is a municipal swimming area with piers. There are good opportunities for walking/hiking and excursions at Tjörn. Hero protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside. Cozy o luxury accommodation on beautiful stenungsön with its own dock. 90 sqm. Bubble pool on the balcony, sauna, open fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, charcoal grill. Large sleeping loft with 1 double bed o 1 sofa bed and 2 sofa beds on the first floor. Open plan. Bed sheets and towels included. There is also a drink to borrow. Close to lovely salty baths, nature, walking paths, golf courses, walking distance to Stenungsund center with shopping, restaurants and bus connection.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Super nice farmhouse on the west coast

Accommodation in top condition, located approximately 5 km from Stenungsund center. Walking distance to the sea. There are quiet small bays and larger municipal swimming area overlooking to Orust. Good communications to Stenungsund Torg which has all the service you can imagine, including nice restaurants by the sea. Excellent location for day trips like to eg. Liseberg, Smögen and other west coast gems. Open nice surfaces in two floors.
