We had a great stay at Antonio’s house! The house was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice enclosed garden and breathtaking views. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Antonio was so welcoming and hospitable that we felt like we came to visit a friend :) He provided lots of useful information about the area. We won’t hesitate to book a stay again if we return to Pescara region in the future!

The host is very welcoming and hospitable. The location is very close to the race track (Circuito Internazionale d'Abruzzo, 3 minutes) and beautiful Ortona.

We (four adults and two kids) really enjoyed staying with Paul and May. The house is tastefully decorated and offers every comfort - exactly as described and seen in the photos.

The villa is perfectly as described, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to make us feel at home. We also received directions to nearby landmarks, and the exchange with the host was always quick and clear. Hosts who are very attentive to my family's needs, especially the little ones, I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend the place.

As soon as you're back and we hope to come back... Property in a good location, well cleaned and well-stocked. Beautiful outdoor space, parking inside the courtyard, which is a lot of stuff. The owners are two beautiful people, with whom to have a chat, it is a pleasure, kind and very helpful. We are super satisfied.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

A really positive experience. Marco's house is in a beautiful location and has a wonderful view from the terrace. The cleanliness upon our arrival was impeccable. We found everything effortlessly. A special thank you to Mrs. Erminia, always very kind and available for all our needs.

The house is beautiful and well arranged with direct access to the beach, the large porch allows you to have breakfast looking at the sea. The beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and you can park the car inside the property. Beautiful idea of an above ground pool for the kids. Federico welcomed us with local products and is a nice person and very available for any clarification. I hope to go back, we had a really good time.

We stayed at Villa Aurora in August, we were six adults and five children from zero to seven years old and we all had a great time! The house is cared for in every detail both inside and out, one of the rare cases where the reality is even better than the photos! Stefano and his family were very kind and attentive to our every need. They gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat, in the morning they also brought us the fresh figs from their tree! The house is so beautiful and cool that between Ping pong, foosball and pool you could never go out, but around the house there are all the amenities. The overflow coast and the historic center of Vasto are less than a 10-minute drive away. We had a great time and hope to be back as soon as possible!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

The house is exactly between the sea and the mountains, the view from the terraces is very suggestive. The apartments are new, such as furnishings and dishes, the garden is equipped to spend excellent evenings in company. Last but not least, the owners' great availability.

Thanks to Iryna for her helpfulness and kindness. The place is exactly as described! Wide spaces and several relaxation points, including the amazing pool. We'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

This was a perfect spot for us to visit family. We were able to swim in the pool and felt safe in the home. Miranda always communicated back immediately when we needed something. Lots of room for a big family or group.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Beautiful location, large, clean and equipped with everything, just as described, immersed in the relaxation on the hill. Great as a base to go to the sea (15 minutes by car) but also allows you to spend entire days by the pool. Check-in and assistance throughout the stay, Rita assured, attentive and always kind. Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.

Heartily recommended! Such a wonderful place with a view of the mountains that is second to none. The host is very helpful as well. One thing to keep in mind is that the road to the house is quite bumpy, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine
