Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orosei

Giovanni has been extremely accommodating and helpful when our arrival was delayed by several hours. He waited for us until 9pm and drove us to the house, and welcomed us the day after with plates of local delicacies. The house is perfectly located to drive around and visit the East coast (there's a lot to see). It is simple but comfortable and clean, with a great terrasse. Dorgali has everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, bars) 10min driving down the road. We really enjoyed our stay !

What a wonderful home for a family stay! Beautiful terrace, direct access to the beach, perfectly equipped. Great sunrises!! In addition, Paolo is very available. We were very sad to leave it.... Ideal accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Everything was great. Angela is a very kind person. We felt like at home. The apartment and the surrounding is very nice and quiet.

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

The house is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Close to the beach and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby although you have to go by car. We would definitely do it again.

Everything is great. Two bedrooms with big beds and a sofa in the living room. Clean house. It was very nice stay here.

The accommodation is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers a lot of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). Around it are many other cottages, but there was almost nothing going on in October. However, another settlement is being built not far, so we had construction noise on a few days. Of course, this will change when the work is done. Since we traveled a lot, or were on the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest also rather small supermarket is 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Grazie!

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Booked the place for three weeks to go climbing in Ulassai. Great location in the hills 30 min from the mountains and 20 min from the sea. Nice, clean house with everything we wanted in the kitchen and good wifi connection (in the living room). And a nice and hot shower. We would definitely book this again if we are in the area.

We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

we had a great time. The house was clean , equipped with everything , the very nice and kind hostess welcomed us to show the whole house and also gave us information on what to see and where to eat , being our first time in Sardinia we were very useful

The apartment is located in an extensive and very well maintained property vacation complex. Not far away are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But also Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is very nice. Everyone was easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were happy to have a firm base. At the beginning of October it is very quiet here, hardly anyone was there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 min away by car, as we shopped for the whole stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family plenty of space. Internet was very good and we could easily see movies with us via the firestick. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Very nice apartment in a quiet location with a wonderful terrace with sea view. The apartment is not huge but it has everything you need. We really enjoyed the week there.

I was staying with my family, 4 people, at the beginning of October. It was very nice the quiet location, proximity to the sea and the nearby town. Beach right at your doorstep is beautiful for swimming. Car is recommended for excursions and shopping.

A totally successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Clean and well maintained pool. Beach indicated by Marcantonio superb. Responding at first: We were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thank you for the wine and homemade olive oil.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.
