Beach house vacation rentals in Orosei

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful house. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic and the island Tavolara seems very close. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is clean and furnished in a very nice style. Although the weather was a little unstable and occasionally it rained, we always ate outside because under the roof of the large terrace we were protected from wind and rain. Communication with Alessandra and Antonello was very easy and kind, and they always responded immediately. All in all: a house that makes you feel good and we can definitely recommend! We're sure we'll be back!

It is a beautiful place, we loved the week we spent there. Modern, well equipped, well cleaned and maintained. I appreciated the modern kitchen and adjustable blinds and mosquito nets built in the windows. Got many good tips on what to do around and found it easy to communicate with everyone.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, the proximity to the lake and the cute cottage. The amenities inside and outside were just excellent. Large fridge, icebox, supi kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....all wonderful. When the gas ran out of us, a new gas bottle was connected within just an hour and we had hot water again. Communication was just excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous, but last but not least. The beach was very close and can also be reached with my new knee joint in less than 10 minutes. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and lots of bars and the like, this is out of place. The rental car is absolutely necessary for the entire time of the stay. Best regards and please keep it up Gino Gabi and Ralf

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Graziellas apartment is perfect for total relaxation and privacy but having everything in walking distance This is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in , it’s even better than the pictures ,rooms are spacious , kitchen well equipped , beds very comfortable and a bonus 2 bathrooms ! We loved the local art and classic Sardinian decoration The views of the sea and tower from the balcony amazing , great to wake up to the sound of the birds and the sea , we saw some glorious sunrises and a full moon on the 1st night reflected on the sea … Graziella thank you for lending us your family home we will be back for sure Clare and Hilary

Super clean and cared for environment, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, in particular I want to emphasize Maurizio's work, as he was super friendly and helpful, and he made us feel at home with his joy and availability. The only note is on the internet connection that for wide stretches of the stay did not work or with the Ethernet connection, while the wi-fi did not work despite various attempts. Anyway, in general, I feel super satisfied with the stay, and I can't wait to go back.

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

Lovley house that lived up to all of our expectations. Good location close to the Beach and also some stunning hikes along the coast. Extra plus for the host being so supportive and informative.

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We stayed with 4 people at the house and it was absolutely perfect! The house is super nice and has everything you need. Fantastic beaches can easily be accessed by feet or car and even day trips to Olbia or Costa Smeralda are possible and not too far away. The terrace gives you enough space and privacy to enjoy a sundowner while looking into the valley. Also the pool is perfect and gives a nice refresh after a long sunny day at the beach. Or even to hang out all day. Highly recommended stay as Anna and Carlo are super nice people and simply spoken super hosts!!!

We had a lovely stay at Franco's house. The house is small but nice and really extraordinarily well equipped! Also it was very clean. The highlight was the great view - we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The communication with Franc was great at all times. Questions and concerns were answered quickly. A car is definitely recommend. The beautiful beaches such as Budoni and La Cinta can be reached in a short time.

Very good stay at Frederica's, we enjoyed the tranquility, the view, the comfort of the pool, the accommodation is basic but just what you need!! Despite the language barrier and the lack of telephone network, we enjoyed our exchanges with Frédérica who provided us with all the information we needed for our stay from the garbage cans to the local butcher shop.

Home near Santa Maria Navarrese with easy parking in front of the house. The village can easily be reached on foot. The exteriors of the house are really very nice with a special mention on the roof terrace to enjoy the December sunrise. Off season there are zero neighbors so it is very peaceful. Departures from the hiking trails are within walking distance from the house or by car. The house is appreciated for its exterior as much as for the interior. You just have to know that the shower is not wide for large sizes, which was the case for my spouse, but the hot water. We used the air conditioning to heat the house in the evening because we were there in December which is more than enough. On the other hand, you have to remember to cut it off before cooking so as not to blow the power. But the electricity board is on hand which is less burdensome. We were going back to Massimiliano's place happily.

Eleonora's place is very close to the sea with a great view. It had everything you needed to spend Christmas parties with the family.

Gianfranca was available in terms of schedule flexibility. Out of necessity, he always answered my phone. The house is in a great quiet location and quite isolated (but close to the main amenities reachable by car) point more than in favor for those like me who have animals who do not agree with the chaos. Free beach with animal access reachable on foot in a few minutes, smell of pine forest typical of Sardinia. Fully fenced house garden and perfect space (we were 4 adults and a dog). Overall, an excellent solution for those looking for tranquility and nature.

We had a really great time in Claudia and Simone's sweet beach house. The hospitality of Simone, who welcomed us, is really outstanding and very special. The house is well equipped and the location and view are impressive. We were even allowed to use the sea kayaks and snorkelling equipment free of charge. We were more than satisfied.

We had a lovely time! It was a great place to explore the surrounding area! Would recommend!

A super equipped house with kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine, a great terrace with a sensational sea view. Several beautiful bays are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. We were two in the house and felt very comfortable. The contact with Sergio went smoothly and was very friendly.
