Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Oroklini

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Our stay was wonderful. Lovely treats and gifts on arrival, a gift for my 4 year old which went down very well, there was milk, tea, coffee some fruit and basically everything you need to start your stay. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, everything is in its right place and well maintained, perfectly safe for my little one to explore. Just steps away from the beautiful quiet beach, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Stavros is an amazing host, I cannot commend him enough, extremely generous even dropping off some midweek treats and another gift for my son, his communication is fantastic, quick and easy! I highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back Thank you for a lovely stay

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

It was lovely staying at Mene’s place. The pool is beautiful and it was fantastic spending our time relaxing and swimming. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were shops nearby we could drive to, and local spots to go for food etc. Mene was really flexible and let us check out late as our flights were later in the day. Very much recommended!

An excellent stay to spend your time in Larnaca. Large supermarket and bakery about 3 minutes away, restaurant options also. The beach is about 7-8 minutes walk. Well furnished and equally room. What it makes even remarkable is Georgia who is very friendly and easy to reach anytime.

The best host possible

Great apartment, with a lovely picture window and terrace looking towards the sea. The place was extremely comfortable (all furniture looked very new) well equipped (with essentials for the kitchen) and in a good location (close to the sea, a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 10 minute drive from the airport). Would definitely book again if I come back to Larnaca.

Thanks to Andreas - we were looking for a comfortable spot right next to the beach, and this was it! So many listings are not truly beachfront - well, this one is! Andreas was super-responsive, the place was immaculate, and we really enjoyed.

Ideally located accommodation, all amenities on foot, downtown beach restaurants bars etc... Impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome, Savas is very friendly and available, everything was planned for us to have an excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

Great month to start 2025 here with a good price pick up at airport and big apartment. This apartment had many kitchen supplies and oven to bake. Close to grocery and walkable to beach. Safe, quiet and sunny. Thank you

I had a great week staying here, it was beautifully decorated and spotless and I felt right at home with everything I could possibly need. I could tell how much care and attention has gone into the flat and small details like a big bottle of water in the fridge meant that I could relax the moment I arrived. I loved staying there and was so close to everything including the beach. My only issue was the bars nearby were a little loud on the weekend but I told Anthi and she actually called the bars and asked them to turn their music down which was above and beyond. Apart from that it was completely peaceful and I would stay here again the next time I visit Cyprus.

We loved our stay at Alex’s apartment; the apartment and the building are new, nicely decorated, and perfectly located 2 to 3 streets off the beach & boardwalk. The unit was sparkling clean with spotless sheets and towels, and the host, Alex, went above and beyond by arranging for transportation to and from the airport and answering our questions instantly. He was also super friendly and kind. We’ll be back😊

We staying in the apartment for a few days away. To be able to relax and walk to local restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for that. This is a residential area with day to day activities going on in and around the building. A very short walk to the beachfront and just a few steps to a small local shop where you can get everything you need. Very helpful recommendations from Vanko and a nice, aesthetically pleasing apartment. We would stay again ☺️

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

Immaculate apartment. Everything was new. They provided everything you could want and more. They were very polite and helpful. They responded very quickly and answered any questions that we had. The area is close to the airport and Mackenzie beach. Easy to walk into Larnaca.

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

The place is nice, clean and cozy. Just maybe the apartment style is a little bit old fashioned. Chris is great! and very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was excellent for us personally.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
