The appartment is in a perfect location in the center of Liverpool, it was clean and cozy and felt like home! Tricia was a great host,gave us very clear instructions and very helpful with everything!! Definitely booking again in the future.

Had to travel to Southport with my elderly mum to take her to a family event. As I mentioned to Anthony - the flat passed the ‘mum test’ as soon as she walked through the door and she spent some time telling our extended family how lovely the flat was where we were staying. Anthony was super responsive and made everything very easy. During a very cold snap, the flat was warm when we arrived. Most importantly, while it is very close to Southport town centre - it was nice and quiet in the evening - even on the Friday night. I could walk to the local Tesco Express in a couple of minutes and big supermarkets are very local too. All in all a lovely flat and a great host.

The flat was exactly as described and pictured and just what we wanted. Really clean, comfortable, warm and well stocked with extra towels, bedding etc, milk and margarine in the fridge, a loaf of bread, tea, coffee etc and herbs, tins in the cupboard. Although a few businesses nearby with a bit of associated noise during the day, lovely and quiet at night so no sleep disturbance at all. I'd highly recommend it. We were on a family visit and would definitely book it again next time ...

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Geoff and Wendy are excellent, friendly hosts! They were both there to meet me when I arrived, and spent time showing me around the apartment and telling me everything I needed to know. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had including arranging long term parking. The apartment is a great space that has everything you need including a lovely view out over Winckley Square. The high street is a two minute walk away which has everything you might need from shops to restaurants. A really excellent stay. Thank you both!

We have just spent a lovely few days in Hayley's house. It felt very spacious and clean, and it is in such a handy location for visiting the local area, with a supermarket only a short walk away. The ground floor layout provides very generous space for cooking, eating and relaxing. The two main bedrooms are also very roomy. The third bedroom is much smaller, but the bunk beds were good fun for our children! Hayley is a super host - very responsive and friendly. We would very happily stay here again.

We’ve just returned after a wonderful stay. David is the perfect host and the house was lovely, just as described. David was very friendly and helpful and very communicative. We would thoroughly recommend David and his home. We would certainly return here.

Really good, clean, uncluttered house. Had everything we needed. Brilliant heating control. Very secure. Good kitchen. We had family one day and easily cooked lunch for 8 people. Taxis to the front were cheap - about £6. It was perfect for us.

Lovely stay here in the heart of Liverpool! Right in the middle of everything you could want really. It was a little eery as the bottom rooms look to still be being renovated and apart from the main front door there wasn’t another sort of front door to get into the living space. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed to rustle up a breakfast! Bathrooms clean and lots of towels available. All in all, comfortably clean and a good spot for being the centre of town!

Hello Frank. It was lovely to meet you, you made us feel welcome and your house was perfect for us. As you know the only issue was the TV with the volume issue. The only think which could have been better was the shower as the unit wasn't working only the shower head. We loved Liverpool and apart from that your house was great, and was very easy to get an Uber into the center of Liverpool. Thank you again Julie Hartshorn x

A lovely, clean, well presented and well equipped apartment. Additions like the Xbox, board games, and Sky TV, helped to keep the kids entertained. Great location for visiting Blackpool, and yet far enough away for peaceful evenings away from the hustle and bustle. Great pubs nearby, serving great food, aswell as the local chip shop. A local shop just seconds away is extremely handy too. The host, John, is friendly and quick to respond to messages. We would highly recommend this property and the host.

Susan’s apartment is just beautiful with great pieces of art and everything you would need. Everything was immaculately clean and the welcome groceries were really helpful. Brilliant location opposite Sefton Park and quick walk to Lark Lane with all the fab restaurants. Only £8-£10 uber into town which was really easy and much preferred staying here than an impersonal flat in town. Susan was very kind and let us leave our bags for a while as the weather was so bad. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Elle’s place and it was exactly as described. The garden and hot tub were a highlight. Elle was great with communication and very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again.

Chris' place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location made it super easy to get to central during the day, though we did need to call a cab after a night out, which wasn’t an issue at all. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated with a cozy Christmas theme, making it feel so festive and welcoming. Chris' instructions for getting in were straightforward and hassle-free, which made the arrival stress-free. Just a heads up - it’s on the top floor, so make sure you’re fit enough to tackle the stairs with your luggage! Overall, a fantastic few nights— I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend! Don't sleep on this apartment.
