Vacation rentals with lake access in Orleans County

Very nice home. Walk down the driveway and you are across from the lake. Full kitchen amenities. Plenty of blankets and towels. The den with the gas fireplace is a really nice cozy room. Beds are ok - could use mattress upgrades. But plenty of room bed /rooms for the 7 of us. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The house was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and well kept. Brad and Rose have everything labeled and many pamphlets on what's around to do. we look forward to staying again when the weather is warmer.

The house had all of the amenities we needed plus a spectacular view of the lake! We asked to have a few friends over for s’mores and she was very responsive and amenable! The stars were beautiful at night and the beds were superb! The whole family loved them and slept so well. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful home with tons of charm. With a great lake view, hot tub and kayaking what else can you ask for. The perfect place for a long getaway weekend off the grid.

Margaret's house was ideal for our vacation. We especially liked the kayaks and the entry to the lake, the grill, and the lovely back porch, which accommodated many family members of all ages. We took side trips to Canada, Glover, and Lake Willoughby. We ordered pizza from Hoagies for our first night, since we figured nobody would want to cook. We saw a bald eagle, completed a jigsaw puzzle and built an epic Jenga. I made a mistake by not pulling the Casella trash bin closer to the road on Wednesday night. Maybe that requirement could be put into the "house rules" part of the website? Margaret was always available to answer our questions, replying immediately to our texts. If anything, her kitchen is "over-stocked" with pantry items (maybe from previous guests?), which included lots of helpful Tupperware. The lake is beautiful , with few motorboats to disturb the calm. We'd love to come back.

It was a great, last minute stay that Kathy made booking very easy. The home is extremely clean and there are helpful notes all around. She left the heat and lights on for us, so we walked into a warm and comfortable home. We are staying again next week!

The house is nicely updated inside. Theres plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance. The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. We very much appreciated all of the extras, such as the towels, shampoo, soap, and kitchen necessities, it made it easy if we forgot something. The yard is very peaceful with beautiful surroundings and a great view of Seymour Lake. We enjoyed both the front and back porch and the area is perfect for going for walks. The house manual was perfect and easy to manage. Loved every minute there!

The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. We truly enjoyed our time and loved all the details Christie added to her home, and all the space we had to spread out. We came to celebrate a birthday and an early Christmas as a family, the Christmas tree and lights were a wonderful surprise! Christie is very accommodating and there to answer any questions as needed. Overall, our group and our pups loved our stay and are planning to come back when there’s no snow and we can explore the beautiful property some more.

What is advertising, very cozy a lot of beds in so little place but not cramp.

Katherine's place was great - lovely, clean, spacious - the kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the location is incredible - Lake Seymour is magical, clear and cold!

Wonderful condo with excellent view. Perfect location for year round fun. Well equipped with everything needed for our stay. We don't have any complaints.

We stayed at Karen's place for the total eclipse, and the stay was excellent. The place is very cute (love the teapot decor) and check in/out was very smooth. She was very responsive and friendly.

This place was a gem. Very well designed. I love a well stocked kitchen and this was the best I have seen - there was a rice cooker (!) and pizza pan. Everything felt quality and well thought out. The walk to Caspian lake and to Willie’s (local general store) is so doable. We were staying so we could see some circus shows and do a pick up: this place was perfect. Super responsive and nice.

Highly recommend this cute B&b cozy apartment! Such a great location and walking distance to shops and beach area. Karen made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable ! Exceptionally clean ! Amazing experience! Would rent again . A+++

Came up to northern Vermont in October to enjoy the outdoors, could not have asked for a better spot. We got in some incredible hiking nearby and kayaking on the lake. Finding the place was easy and our hosts were very kind and responsive. The inside of the unit was up to date and neat and had all of the amenities advertised. The unit felt very private and a cozy place to hang out. Highly recommend

We were in a bind and couldn’t get to our house in the evening of our arrival. David was amazing and very quick to respond. He helped us find the house easily and was very helpful for the whole weekend! I highly recommend David and this property!

This location is wonderful, looking straight up the lake towards Quebec with a swimming spot that is in the sun almost all day. It's not fancy or glamourous, and the stairs to the lake are certainly something to consider if that's important to you, but overall a great deal and a good homebase for local activities or hanging out by the water.

My wife and I are making up for a honeymoon we didn't get when we tried to go to Vermont a couple years ago and it was flooded. I am so glad we got to wait and come to this beautiful home. I have never been this far north in my life and I have to say the surroundings are spectacular and the cottage was outstanding so comfortable and so inviting. I am definitely hoping to show up there again very soon and I will recommend these hosts and this beautiful house.

Lyndsay and Barry were quick to respond and very welcoming. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were alright, and enjoying our visit. The home was extremely clean and the view was beautiful.

Merry was attentive, accommodating, kind, and great at communication, a phenomenonal host! The house was cozy, comfortable, well stocked, and had amazing views right from the living room window! I really enjoyed the kayaking too...and not having to carry them since she is right on the lake! I would highly recommend her home! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Hope to return! Lori

Carol is the best Airbnb host that we have ever met. She has mastered the 3 R’s ; she is incredibly responsive, receptive and respectful. Carol communicated with us in detail without being intrusive. The cell service is very spotty up there so make sure you have an idea of where the place is located before venturing out to her amazing cottage in the woods.

The location was beautiful, and the house was very clean. It’s a good spot to get away from everything but close enough to great destinations.

Four friends on Friendsgiving…James and Nella’s place was great for us! Enough beds, nice outdoor space (though it snowed and we stayed in by the warm gas fireplace!), and decently equipped kitchen space! The surrounding area is quite private with a few little towns around. Great place if you want quality time at home or don’t mind driving an hour or so for touristy shopping. Get the pizza from their recommended list-it’s an experience!
