Waterfront vacation rentals in Oriente

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

The apartment was easy to find and is located in a fun area. The bars on the street were a little noisy but were pretty much quiet by midnight. It was easy to explore the old town and walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Communication was friendly and proactive. Everything was clean and functional.

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The perfect location, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and very attentive to everything we could need, recommendations, doubts, etc. We would definitely repeat!

Our stay at Monica’s was lovely 🥰 the apartment was so clean and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The pictures don’t do it justice! We would definitely come back. Fabulous place, fabulous host and fabulous location

We arrived early and he received us without any problems. I take a little time in the area and the restaurants, basically so we were interested to know. The weather is very much with us and Rocio is a very good host. She did more than she should, the truth. Very grateful and I have already saved as a favorite airbnb to repeat or recommend. This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

We had a great stay and loved La Isla - both as a wonderful spot and beach itself and as a base for exploring the whole region. We look forward to retuning for another visit!

The best place i have stayed at so far. I have nothing else to say than that this place is worth it and perfect. We were able to meet the host and she was very helpful and kind. She explained how everything in the house works. I will definitely comeback!

This little home is perfect for a couple's trip. It has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and quiet. Perfectly conditioned and in a great location,close to the beach of Rodiles and Villaviciosa,where you can go for a walk ,dine or have a few beers. Mercedes has been an amazing host,very vigilant that everything was fine and that we were comfortable. We mean it for future trips!

It was a great experience, sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more utensils and toiletries of what we would have thought of upon entering. The house is super quiet and is described as in the photos. The backyard, a plus. The days that time has wasted we have enjoyed it to the fullest! Fully recommended, we will definitely be back.

Ethel is a lovely host. The location is really convenient for both hiking & restaurants. The village is charming & the people very warm. Would love to visit again.

Beatriz has been very responsive and profesional, always keen to find solutions quickly. The house was very easy to access and some welcome amenities were waiting for us. Location is great in the middle of the village and the house is as described and shown in the pictures. Very recomendable stay.

The house is beautiful—perfect for aperitivo and dinner on the veranda. It’s a short walk down the path to the village, for a swim or a drink, and there are other nearby beaches worth exploring (including for surfing). Oviedo and the Picos de Europa are short drives away.

Maria’s place is a gem. We were delighted to stay in her property and she is amazing with customer service and beyond. I was very grateful she took time out of her busy agenda to meet us and share her knowledge of the area. Thanks, Maria we will see you in the near future! Maria and Jose

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with a great view, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic environment. A plus the garage space in the same building. Stay of 10. Thank you so much for your kindness Charo.

The apartment is very spacious and was very well equipped. The parking was a very positive point as it is very difficult to park in summer in the area. The only drawback we found was that in the portal there was a section of a few steps that forced us to carry our baby's cart when entering or leaving.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

A very pleasant stopover to discover Comillas and its surroundings. The accommodation is clean, the beds very comfortable, the heating is very nice with the cool end of the fall. Maria was very professional active with very clear check-in instructions and very responsive when we needed to solicit her.
