Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Everything's great and close to the mountain

Teresa has been super accessible and friendly since we booked the place, she even bought us a portable induction hob in short story I told her that we were going with a baby and I needed to cook. The apartment is in a complex with independent entrance and a large garden, ideal for going with the family, the children's room equipped with games. With Teresa we communicated with notes, every day we left her post to replenish breakfast and at night we had everything. The madalegnas majroes I've never had! We have been a group of 11 people and we have been very comfortable, the house is very clean and spacious, for each family, we had an almost own bathroom, there were 4 bathrooms. The owners are very attentive and helpful and the area where it is close to the village and the descent of the sella, arriondas, cangas and beautiful tourist sites to see, to repeat without hesitation.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located at the entrance of Lastres, so from the entrance and balcony there are great views. Also, in front there are quite a few places to park. As for the house, it has everything you need to make the stay pleasant: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV and table to get together to eat, play... Rooms with comfortable beds and full bathrooms. In addition, the balcony of the en-suite room is very nice. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

The apartment is perfect. It is in the centre of Ribadesella but is very quite. You can walk to the centre in one minute. Parking is at the top of the road and there is always a space to find. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It was spotless clean. The best of all is Isabel. She waited for us to arrive and showed us around the apartment. Isabel gave us lots of information and is a very kind host. We highly recommend Isabel place for anybody wanting to stay in Ribadesella for a holiday.

The characteristics of the apartment are suitable for a couple, the room is very spacious and the living room is quite large. The kitchen and terrace a little small but functional. It is very well located since you are a 10-minute walk from downtown and you have 24-hour parking to avoid paying for the blue area. It's also close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Finally, Manuel has resolved the small incidents for us quickly and effectively.

Everything was exactly as posted, it was easy to get to and Josefina's reception was spectacular. Surely we will stay again when we pass through Oviedo.

Jenny is a friendly and welcoming host. Her home cooking is excellent. Appreciated the organic vegetables, home made preserves and locally sourced cheeses. The location is exceptional.
