House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Allen was an awesome host who made sure our stay felt like a home away from home. The property is exactly like the description and it's located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by shops and restaurants. Allen's townhouse is definitely a place we would choose again and again.

My friends and I loved Emily's home! it's just like the pictures if not better. It was only 3 of us and we had more than enough room. A lot of the reviews say it smelled like smoke for their stay but there was absolutely no smoke smell. Also the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely book again!

This was a great place to stay! Easy walk to downtown Apex for coffee, meals or drinks. Also just a couple blocks from Hunter Street Park for skateboarding, playground and walking trail. Food Lion, a rental car and a bus to Beaver Creek Commons all just a couple blocks away. The hosts were very available and helpful. The house was nice, clean and comfortable.

We regularly stay at airbnbs throughout the world with 3 young children and this was one the the best we’ve stayed at when it came to feeling like home. Had everything we could have wanted. From every kitchen item possible to welcome snacks and drinks. The beds were extremely comfortable and would definitely stay here again. This is one of those airbnbs that far outweigh staying at a hotel and you can feel the love and attention that Susan has put into this place. Fantastic spot!

Great location, easy to find. The hosts communicated well. The places looked clean. The furniture looks nice, but not that comfortable. Otherwise all are good.

I got to the location on Christmas night with very little options to find an open restaurant. But to my pleasant surprise Carol and Gavin offered me dinner and it was great. And this marked the start to a great stay. Carol is a great communicator we spoke about so many topics and I felt so at home, wish I had planned to stay longer thus I will be returning no doubt. So thanks Carol and may 2025 brings you continued success..Bless.

Great unit, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Not walkable to amenities, because of the way Durham is laid out, but its a very short drive to the grocery store, the Duke Campus, a place to eat. It's in a beautiful, wooded condo complex, and very nearby is Sandy Creek running trail and forest preserve, which is great if you're a runner. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, it had fridge and microwave, a desk to work remotely and high speed Wifi that's better than that at my office. You can keep your room locked when you leave, if you wish. I came in super late the first night and had to leave super early the third day, but they hosts were very Ok with me needing to come and go at weird hours. The neighborhood was super quiet.

Carolyn was very welcoming. She left clear instructions, & it seems she anticipated what I would need for my stay. It’s close to the university (driving distance), so it was a perfect location for me.

Super close to downtown Carrboro, which is where we spent most of our time. Beds were super comfortable and Dale was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Megan’s place. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Megan was very friendly and had two little dogs (Ellie and Debbie) who were very sweet. I had to leave early due to an emergency this time but would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

This place was better than I envisioned! It was better than the pictures. It was cute, clean, and comfy. They left snacks and non alcoholic drinks. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay here while visiting my parents at Galloway Ridge during the holidays. The home was clean and spacious and just as described, and check in and check out were easy breezy with the great instructions provided by email. One family member has limited mobility and we appreciated the absence of front steps and the short, easy walk to the front parking spot. We would stay here again!

A mile from downtown Cary, which is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Courtyard is private, perfect for your animals. Safe, quiet area. Not far from major highways. Plenty of things to see and do in the area.

Alexis was a great host, responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect for our family gathering, nice not to have to drive everywhere. The place was clean and check-out was made very simple. Hope we can book it again in he future.

This is an amazing place to stay. It had everything needed for a great vacation-comfortable and pristine accommodation, quiet neighbourhood, close proximity to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our first Air BnN rental & it's going to be hard to top. We needed early check in & they accommodated quickly and it was super easy. They were super friendly, the house was beautiful, the temperature just perfect for arriving to hot North Carolina. The pool was our favorite amenity, we took full advantage of that after some long hot days. The showers were amazing with just the perfect amount of pressure. We used the washer and dryer as well, top notch machines. The tv's were huge & there were plenty to go around. The furniture was beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. It was the absolute perfect place for our family. The area offered lots of shopping options, dining options and of course ice cream. Highly recommend your next trip to the Durham area of North be experienced at this home.

Sam was very responsive to concerns that came up with our stay. He was very friendly and encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns. He even accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay, longer than anticipated. I would stay there again if we needed to stay in another Airbnb in the area, in the future.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Excellent hosts - great communication and prompt responses if you have any questions. Loved the home and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Look no further, I highly recommend!
