Really very pleasant stay near the city center of Parma! charming old house on a quiet street, located right next to a large public park. 5 minutes walk from the center and a large parking lot, everything was together for a friendly and mindless stay! all this was also facilitated by Adriano's kindness and responsiveness as well as his clear information.

At our arrival we were struck by the beautiful area of the house, which is surrounded by hill views. The appartment was extremely tidy and smelled fresh. The appartment offers plenty of space, the kitchen is sufficient for home-cooked meals. Our little one of 2,5 years old had plenty of space to play around. One of the rooms is perfect for children. The outside terrace was also quite nice. The Parma area is perfectly located if you plan to visit several major cities (most within 2 hours drive) such as Milan, Verona, Bologna and Modena. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very spacious. All the necessities are present. The check-in instructions are very clear. Fortunately, there is Wifi available because there is no network once in the house. However, the surroundings are very pretty.

We arrived very late due to a rescheduled flight, but Giovanni and Christina were there waiting for us. They were really helpful taking time to explain everything. They left us adults little gifts including wine and balsamic vinegar and as it was Halloween, they also left the children a spooky cake and a little Halloween corner. Lovely little touches that made us feel very welcome. The house is set in a spectacular setting. Our biggest regret is due to our full schedule, we didn’t spend enough time in it. Thank you to both of you for your kindness. The only thing that was wrong was that we didn’t have enough time there.

We had a great stay: the house is quietly located in the countryside 20min from Parma, it is large and you will enjoy a very large and beautiful garden. It is very beautiful and full of history, you will enjoy Italy without vis-à-vis, quiet and you can admire the countryside and the Italian sky on a sunbed or a hammock. There are a lot of amenities, everything you'll need will be available. You will receive a very complete guide detailing the check-in at the listing, recommendations nearby and much more. The area is very rich and beautiful: there are many things to see and visit in the area, the gastronomy is of quality nearby. It was all great... We loved everything. The biopiscina, the great food, the tzakouzi. What a wonderful scenery and view. The hospitality was amazing and more than can be expected. We truly felt like home.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

I booked this place to spend a weekend of relaxation, and then I realized that it is close to important places of interest that I could not miss visiting. A few kilometers from this house I visited Lake Calamone in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a small jewel that I then discovered is a site protected by UNESCO for its important biodiversity. A jewel at a thousand meters above sea level, easy to reach and ideal for a walk through the beeches....wonderful autumn colors! The house is very comfortable and quiet. I was able to use the bathtub almost as if I was in a real spat, with fresh salts and herbs. The owner, beautiful and very polite person. More than recommended place.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!
