Apartment in the center really nice, spacious and welcoming. We really enjoyed the modern decor, the outdoor space. It's so reminiscent of the wooden houses in the mountains. 😊 Caterina is always available and quick to respond to any request in the chat. The only thing, perhaps the price with all the taxes in total becomes very high per night. But it was worth it.

The house is really very nice, cared for and very clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to every need. Quick and easy communication. Highly recommended!

The price/quality ratio is great. A spacious apartment with more than enough space with two children. It's easy to find and arrive by car. A walk down the road is a good restaurant. On the weekend, the place is full, so it's a good idea to book a table before you arrive if you arrive on the weekend. There is also a great play park for small children a small drive away: Parco Militi Croce Verde. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Old Town of Parma, and you can get the car right next to the entrance, for example, to the Toschi parking garage.

Great apartment in the heart of downtown in a quiet area. Letizia welcomed us in person and has always gone above and beyond for our small needs.

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

Elena is a fantastic host. She offered valuable advice about Parma, was always available, and showed great flexibility, always ready to help.

The house is as the pictures show, it is stunning and the surrounding area is very beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Beautiful house in a very nice, quiet place. There is no extra kitchen for cooking but Milena war very friendly and warmed up our dinner that we brought with us. We booked it also for the way back - this time with dinner. We are looking forward to it:)

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.
