Sabrina , As host outstanding , always there when needed with immediate attention.The area is great peaceful surroundings , lovely for daily exercise very secure area to stay.A couple of nice Restaurants very near by. Tesco 3 mins away on hand, great for fresh Croissants for breakfast. Would recomend Sabrina as host the Apartment / Flat without a doubt to friends of mine.The Apartment has everything one needs , the Kitchen has everything. Very comfortable lounge & bedding . Technology all fine. The attention to small details was great. Thank you. Robert

Incredible value for money - under £200 to host 8 people is unbelievable. The location is great, close to anything you could ever need, right next door to a Tesco. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space. Only marks dropped are due to the cutlery in the drawers being dirty (some spoons and spatulas with gunk on) and the wooden chairs being very fragile, but otherwise a flawless stay and I'd suggest it to anyone without hesitation.

Gorgeous airy modern flat, lovely clean furnishings, and everything we needed, including a Christmas tree! Sarah and Chris were very responsive with any queries. Short walk into Bewdley. Lovely welcome gift. I would highly recommend.

Easy access by vehicle into Lichfield, even though a very central location. Extremely quiet spot, but just 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants.

Good points,house was as described, very clean comfortable and welcoming and homely, well equipped,, had a really pleasant stay and Jeanette was always on hand if you needed any help with anything and extremely good communication, bad points? nope there weren't any, points out of 10?, 20 at least

We stayed here for 3 nights as it was a central location for family from different parts of country to get together The accommodation was far beyond anything we expected Absolutely spotless with high quality furniture and accessories Nothing more that we could have asked for Wonderful

We had a wonderful cosy stay. The house was so clean clutter free and well equipped. We had some lovely walks over the fields near by, enjoyed coffee from the near coffee shop. Liz was very kind and approachable host. We re so grateful for such a welcoming stay. Thank you very much you have a beautiful home.

Robin provided the perfect stay. I thought it would be difficult to find but Robin provided perfectly clear instructions to get into the property and responses were quick. The house looks amazing on the photos but even better in person the house is equipped with everything you need and very clean. I felt right at home. The location is very peaceful and has a private driveway where you can put multiple cars. I would definitely book again.

Nothing bad to say, there was 12 of us all together and it was perfect for all of us, would fully recommend, lots of space, a beautiful home, will definitely stay again if in the area

I booked Danny's property on behalf of my colleague's who were working away from home. Danny was very approachable and helpful during my colleagues stay. i have also liased with Danny for future bookings within the vacinity and he has been more than helpful

My friends and I stayed a night and we were shocked on how nice and clean the place was. The bedrooms were so lovely and the place had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Our place was fantastic. Aubrey is a great host. The flat itself was perfect for us. House was well kitted out, we had everything we needed. We were here for over a month and the place was more than enough for my wife and I. Near the train, so transportation wasn’t a problem. Great last minute stay. Had been checked into a horrible hotel for work, and I found Keith’s place was available, Very responsive and helpful with food options nearby, Lovely quiet road and all facilities were as per photos, Comfy bed, many thanks!

Julie was super helpful, sending across lots of information about the property and how to access. We were personally greeted in check in, and were delighted with the personal touches added (welcome snacks, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas, bathroom utilities!). It really was a home away from home, super clean and comfortable, and we would love to stay again!!!

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

Great place to stay for NEC. The short trip by the train was probably quicker to the venue than walking from most of the car parks! Great place to stay as well, comfortable and welcoming. Would stay again for sure.

We loved staying at Elise’s place, we were super comfortable and absolutely loved the vibrant area with loads of great cafes and restaurants right around the corner. There was a bit of kurfuffle with the sliding door, but we managed to sort it out and Elise responded right away and dealt with it very professionally. I’d definitely stay again!

Ryan's apartment was perfect for my 10 weeks stay in Birmingham. The flat had everything I needed and even had a very well equipped kitchen! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
