Apartment vacation rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

We spent a few days in Dubrovnik and chose Mavro's apartment for our stay; we are more than delighted! The accommodation is clean, well-appointed for a few days. There is a small space to park a car. The old town is a good twenty-minute walk away, which is very convenient! Mavro has always been very responsive and accommodating, communication is easy. We can only recommend this place! Thanks again Mavro.

Location was close to restaurant, games of thrones’s stair scene,& Buza pub. Mirija was friendly and responsive.

Maro was the perfect host, the communication was fast and easy; he welcomed us personally and made sure he could answer to any questions we had. The apartment is tiny and simple, but very clean and what makes it perfect is the location, you will literally be at walking distance from the major attractions in the old town! we found it perfect; we could come and go from the flat; be if for recharging our phones; changing our shoes; resting or whatsoever, the location is really the best one can wish for; 2min walk from everything you need. It’s also very close to the Pile gate which is a strategic point for pick up if, like us, you decided to go for any day trip. Super recommended!!

Had a great time at Jorvan’s apartment. The apartment is quite big in size compared to other properties in Dubrovnik. The apartment is located 10 mins walk from old town and has only few steps. The apartment itself had all the required amenities. Jorvan kindly arranged pick up from airport in a reasonable price and allowed us to store our luggage after check out. Would definitely stay here when visiting Dubrovnik in future.

This is a great apartment. Very walkable to the old town, kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. The WiFi was a little slow but worked. Mihovil was a great host and responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend this stay to others.

This guesthouse offers an incredibly convenient location. A large supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, while the famous sunset beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Additionally, a 10-minute bus ride takes you to the old town, where you can explore the main attractions. The room is well-equipped, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. The friendly and adorable cats around the property add to the charm of the experience. Overall, this is the best accommodation you can find at this price, offering both convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience staying here, hosted by this family! I booked a year in advance, and Marijana was consistently prompt and helpful. Toni (Tonci) and his father took over during my arrival, stay, and departure. Friendly and informative, they answered my questions, and I enjoyed chatting with them during my three-night rental. The unit was even prettier than the photos. It was perfectly clean and well-supplied, with amenities present as described. The trees and stream create a lovely setting. The town and Adriatic are only a 3-minute walk downhill … but it’s uphill back. A small grocery store is another uphill walk - a lovely climb through the forest. Have Ubers pick you up and drop you off at the unit if you don’t want to climb on the narrow road. It’s no surprise that this place is usually rented. I recommend it, and especially the hosts, highly. Thank you!

From the time we met in person upon arrival to receive a detailed walk through about the home and the neighborhood, we loved everything about Vinja's place! It is so comfortable and has everything you need, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The restaurant across the street is fantastic, you can walk less than 10 minutes to a grocery store, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, even the ocean! And it's more like 3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you directly to Pile Gate where you enter Old Town Dubrovnik on a bus that runs every 15 minutes. And Vinja provided all of this information clearly and complete with a map! Plus any time I asked for additional info, like a spa recommendation, or tour suggestions they provided it right away. Check out was easy too, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Maria has a fanatics airbnb unit that is right between old town and new town. Both areas are walkable or accessible by transit buses. Maria is a great host who will offer recommendations on places to visit, eat and see. I recommend the unit to any other travellers looking for a place in Dubrovnik!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Lovorka was the best host! Her spot was in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and her extreme amount of hospitality. We would come back to stay anytime we are in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment . The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was very nice and had everything we needed and only a short walk to the old town . The hosting was fantastic and made everything easy for us on our stay . Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik and the perfect location to stay !

Definitely satisfied with this place! Lovely apartment. Anything you need is present! We were 4 and had a great sofa bed for the first time! The view is amazing from the balcony. Lovely to have a drink here! Definitely recommended!

Teo was a fantastic host! Even though I arrived around midnight, he welcomed me warmly and took the time to show me around the apartment and share helpful tips about the neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Old Town and just a short walk from the main street, yet the apartment is quiet and feels very safe. As a solo female traveler, safety is always my top priority, and I felt completely comfortable here. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and instantly felt like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This is a wonderful AirBnB in Dubrovnik. Fantastic views, great outdoor area and spacious well equipped interior. Great communication from our host. Do note if you would like to use the outdoor grill you must purchase charcoal and firer starter, unfortunately for us we could not do this arriving Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Looks lovely and hope to enjoy this feature when we return someday.

Snjezana was the perfect host for our first time to Dubrovnik. She kindly offered us a lift on arrivals to Dubrovnik airport, directly to our air BnB - which was really handy and took the stress out of trying to find her place after a flight. The view from the balcony is fantastic with great sunsets! and a super cosy stay with most importantly a great quiet nights sleep which you may not get in the more built up busy areas. it's about a 25 min walk into the old town which was fine and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of Ubers around at all times if you want to save your legs as there are alot of steps in Dubrovnik. we couldn't recommend Snjezana's place enough for a visit to Dubrovnik. A lovely host with an enthusiastic/welcoming way with them and proud of where they are from - which really is good for any knowledge you may need of the area. P.S Thanks for the home grown oranges they were delicious. 😆

The location is optimal, not far from the bus stop and the beach. The view from the balcony is particularly beautiful in the evening.

WOW! What a great location. Inside the old city walls, walking distance to so much. Be prepared if you stay here or anyplace in the old city to walk a lot of stairs. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and convenient. The shower was spacious with plenty of hot water. Everything worked properly and easily. Slavica does her best to try to ensure that you have the best visit ever! Just be prepared for VERY firm beds!
