Apartment vacation rentals in Dubrovnik

The place was awesome, with a great view, good essentials for a week long stay, and very close to Old Town. Marijana and Oleg were both extremely helpful and friendly, and they recommended awesome restaurants and spots for us to visit. Would definitely come back there, and recommend it to everybody. The only exception for this awesome location is if you have a mobility problem, or get tired VERY easily, since the house requires a few minutes up hill from old town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place is well located, the accommodation well equipped with a beautiful view. Our host was responsive and gave us good suggestions for a visit. Everything was clean when we arrived, highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Lovorka was the best host! Her spot was in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and her extreme amount of hospitality. We would come back to stay anytime we are in the area. Highly recommended!

My family of 5 and one dog had a great stay. We enjoyed the location being out of busier old town but having the option of a quick bus ride in. The terrace with marina view is very nice. And that hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. It was also great that there was car parking.

Very nice clean place with very good views. If you are walking to her place bit steep. Can easily go by taxi. Ensure you have Uber and Bolt App as sometimes you will not be able to connect to one of them

Excellent access to city, restraunt and beach. Couldn't think of a better place to stay.

The apartment was exactly as described and we were very happy with our choice. The host was very quick to reply. It was easy to check in and out of the apartment. It was a 5 minute walk down the steps into town, and took 10-15 mins back up again. We were aware from the description that there are a lot of stairs to access the apartment so we used rucksacks for our luggage. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had all we needed for our 4 night stay as we planned to eat out each day. The fridge and Aircon were welcome additions. Hairdryers and extra towels and blankets were also available. All in all, a great base to explore the area from.

Ivo and Niko was great hosts, everything was as described. Perfect info and communication. Treated like friends offering coffee and nice conversations. Even got fruits for the kids. We loved the place and will be back. Thanks.

An absolute gem of an apartment in a perfect location.

This is a wonderful AirBnB in Dubrovnik. Fantastic views, great outdoor area and spacious well equipped interior. Great communication from our host. Do note if you would like to use the outdoor grill you must purchase charcoal and firer starter, unfortunately for us we could not do this arriving Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Looks lovely and hope to enjoy this feature when we return someday.

Amazing view, friendly and welcoming host, work speed WiFi, and fantastic value for money

Absolutely loved my stay at Davorka’s little cottage-style apartment in Viktoria! Zero regrets and I was so sad to leave. The location is perfect— gorgeous hilltop views and peaceful neighborhood. The walk into old town is 10 minutes at a “I’m late for my tour” pace or 20 minutes at a “ate way too much at dinner” pace. There’s also a bus stop right outside the apartment that will get you there in 2-3 minutes. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, lovely. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured and I had clear skies and blue waters with my breakfast each morning even in late October! Davorka and partner were very kind and helpful and very responsive when I messaged with questions. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located in the heart of the Old City. Loved the attention to detail with traditional lace-edged crisp cotton sheets and we all found the beds extremely comfortable. When closed the windows provide effective noise insulation. Rooms are high-ceilinged and there was enough space for us all to move comfortably and have privacy when wanted. The balcony was an added bonus.

Kate and Maro were one of the best hosts that I've had in my 9+ years so far on AirBnB. Very responsive and extremely helpful! The AirBnB had plenty of brochures and other information to make the most out of your Old Town Dubrovnik trip. They both made my wife and I feel so welcome and answered all of our questions. Now with the AirBnB itself, if you want to be right in the middle of the action within Old Town, this is the place to be. Even if you are right in the middle of everything and with the apartment next to an Irish pub, if you close the bathroom windows and door and all of the windows, it's actually super quiet. We never had any issues with sleeping due to loud noises. The place is awesome and nice! The apartment is, again, in the middle of Dubrovnik so you can walk to 99% of the places within the walls in less than 10 minutes. Absolute smoking value and we plan on booking again the next time we are in the area! Thank you Kate and Maro for being such amazing hosts!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Dina was super welcoming and friendly, providing us with a welcoming drink and helping hand :) The attention to detail is second to none; from the little toiletries in the bathroom to the file full of recommendations and everything you need to know about Dubrovnik. We were super impressed. Not to mention the view from the hot tub is incredible! Thank you for having us, we loved our stay :)

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing host, AMAZING view! Niko greeted us with homemade cake and lemonade and made sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment. Close to everything and the view from the balcony absolutely cannot be beat.

We had a great time here! It was so convenient for old town and all the amenities were nearby. So close to the port too. The hosts were great and we had an excellent stay here!

Great stay at Davor's home. The apartment is as described. Very beautiful and very well arranged. Access to the historic city is nice especially if you like to walk. The climb in return but very nice. Davor is remarkable: available and attentive to his hosts. I would highly recommend it! I'll be back!

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone

We loved our stay in Gruz. Despite being a little way from the Old Town, a cheap Uber can get you there very easily. The property itself had everything we needed and Alen provided excellent recommendations and replied very quickly to any queries we had.
