Waterfront vacation rentals in Old Hickory Lake

It was even better than I expected! Our walk to broadway top 15/20 minutes. A beautiful walk at that (minus construction but what are you gonna do). Far enough away from the parties so it wasn't a bother if we didn't go out. Plenty of towels, cutlery, plates, cups, toiletries etc. Their instructions could not have been more clear. The place itself is so cute and the well decorated. The TVs were easy to use if/when we wanted. The vanities top tier. And the price?!? For being so close to broadway, and so close to the music city center ( 20/25 minute walk to the conference hall) we paid dirt cheap for an amazing stay. Thank you so much! Y'all have been bookmarked and I will 100% be returning.

Was a nice place and perfect location. Not too far from all the business of Nashville but far enough you can remove yourself from the noise and relax.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

Our hosts were great. They were responsive to our inquiries. The house was perfect for our family gathering - comfortable and welcoming, with many spaces to run, play, converse, and reflect. We paricularly enjoyed the upper open deck - mornings, mid day, & evenings. Everything you think you may need is there - from fully appointed kitchen, bedding & towels, games, & space. Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Cute house, loved the fireplace and cozy feel. Great location, clean and easy instructions for checking in and out. We felt safe and relaxed.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

Great hosts, accommodating, and peaceful! Will definitely try to stay here again - feels out of the way of the fun hustle and bustle of Broadway but only a short jaunt away!

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your property. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were visiting my sister, who has been unwell, and having such a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay made our trip all the more meaningful. I was able to prepare meals to bring to her, which was a huge help during this time. Additionally, being close enough to Nashville allowed us to enjoy some of the sights, making it a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. Thank you again for providing such a lovely space. It was exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

River view and wildlife were great!

I have stayed at several air b and bs but feel that Brittany was the most organized host I have ever had . She left very thorough instruction even including near hospital in case of emergency. We had a small issue which was out of her control and she immediately handled it ! The condo was spotless and it was full stocked with everything u could think of ! Will definitely come back when in the area !

Debbie and Bill's place was exactly as described - only better! We had a beautiful view of the Cumberland River and loved watching the tug boats move the barge's down the river! Their place is spotless, well equipped and we felt so much at home. Debbie was so responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb is so conveniently located to Broadway, restaurants and museums. We absolutely loved Nashville and I plan to bring my daughter her next time. Great music on Broadway and so much fun!! Thank you Debbie and Bill - we will sure stay with you next time! Mindy’s place is close to Germantown and downtown Nashville. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The stay was fantastic. I needed a quiet place walkable to downtown Nashville and easy parking, and this was it. Very comfortable with a balconey overlooking the river. Lovely! The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials, so frequently missing in AirBnBs, such as coffee and coffee filters, cream and sugar, etc. And parking was plentiful and off the street. I messaged Katie a few times about certain things, and she always responded in just a few minutes. Always accommodating and pleasant. A definite place to stay when I return to Nashville!

Jordan's place was as described with nice linen's, comfortable beds, coffee/tea supplies, and good location between downtown and Germantown. The river view was my favorite thing! The place is very clean, a bit worn but very comfortable, nice furniture. We had a bit of trouble getting in with a glitchy keypad but tried enough times to get it to work. Jordan replied quickly when contacted! No condiments or toiletries so have your own (we did) and plan to walk 10-15 minutes to restaurants. Easy to rideshare to Broadway, etc. We would definitely stay again!
