Sallie's riverside home is everything you'd want for a fall getaway! We hosted Thanksgiving and had all of the cooking supplies we needed and then some. Sallie's space is full of character and you can feel the love and good times had there. The birds were a highlight for our crew!

The home was beautiful-fantastic open concept with plenty of light. Great view of the lake and plenty of parking!

He worked with us on every request we had, making sure our time at his property was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The pricing was already fantastic, but the value of what you get—the incredible view, the thoughtful amenities, and Julian’s attentiveness—is truly unparalleled. The location itself is breathtaking. Several of my companions commented on how stunning the scenery was and immediately asked for details on how to book their own stay. Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Loved the open kitchen and the area. Absolutely breathe taking. Host were very responsive and informative. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely house on the river. Although it’s very close to a Briley Parkway overpass, we were never bothered by traffic noise. The neighborhood itself is a quiet wooded area that is also very convenient to Opryland. Pay attention to the speed limit, though, because deer roam freely around the neighborhood.

Great property, very clean, private, welcoming. Owner was very easy to communicate with, answered all questions quickly. Layout worked out great. Two bedrooms downstairs for two sets of parents and a huge room upstairs for our four college students. We were about 30 minutes to all the Nashville happenings and about the same distance to the race location which is what had us in the area. Would stay again if in the area

Emily’s home was spotless, comfortable beds in all rooms. Very easy to work with. We got into town a little early, and she was very accommodating on letting us check in a little early to get unpacked. Beautiful home, was perfect for our family stay. Will definitely stay again!

Place was awesome. We were in town for a hockey tournament and the team enjoyed the spot. The hosts were perfect. Will for sure ask to stay again when we come back in a couple months.

This place is the perfect combination of a cozy, eclectic home with all the conveniences and cleanliness of a travel rental. The location is superb and quiet, but offers a short travel time to both nearby restaurants and parks as well as downtown. Rafael and Matt are wonderful, responsive hosts and the home offers all the details and amenities you need. A true gem!

Stunning views and perfect location on the lake. The beds are comfortable and the house is spacious with lots of games and nice seating. The only issue we had were with the cookware. The pans were not usable so we had to borrow from the family we were visiting.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

Great stay for our very nearby family holiday location. My mom and I chose this spot bc of their pet-friendly policies. The communication and checkin/out instructions were very clear and I received helpful texts throughout our stay. Photos were accurate and stay was overall very good. For pet owners considering comparable locations like we were, the area is fine for walking the dogs - it was a very short walk out the front and back doors to grassy walkable areas with a local pet cleanup station. Stairs may be a little difficult for larger breeds due to the amount and amount of levels. Very grateful the owners currently allow pets.

The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and looking out over the lake. It was everything advertised! The only minor issue is the stove/oven was not great, so cooking was a bit of a challenge. If you are planning to cook, heating up the oven/burners may take longer than expected and may not cook evenly. But if you know that going in, you can adjust. Also the downstairs stays really cold when the air is on, so bring some long pants even in summer! But those are minor things. Our group of six women had an amazing time in the house!

The house is absolutely stunning! The property was like a dream vacation destination. Everything was extra clean. Host was extremely recommend this property . Bravo!

Catlin and her assistant were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay of several weeks while moving to the area. She responded immediately to resolve a plumbing issue and even took care of our cat and did extra cleaning while we were away for a few days. The house is cute and cozy, and had everything we needed. We also LOVED the location—absolutely beautiful, on a quiet, private farm overlooking a pond where my husband enjoyed fishing. We saw deer and other wildlife daily. Yet it’s also close to Gallatin and nearby stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Catlin as a host!

We rented the home for our Mother's & Son trip for Fall Break to celebrate them being Seniors. It was perfect for our group. It was within 15-20min to Canoe the Caney which we highly recommend. Ace's Steakhouse & Seafood was fabulous and not far from the home.

Beautiful house, gated community, looks just like the pictures. Kitchen has everything to cook a full meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina's place and would definitely come back to visit this beautiful place. FYI: the driveway is very steep, so you may have to be careful during winter season

Great place to stay, I spent the weekend with my in-laws and there was so much room and space. TVs in every room the kids rode bikes that were there and we grilled out.

This house is beautiful!!! Andrew was an amazing host, super responsive, house was in amazing condition and surrounded by beautiful nature, and the experience overall was fantastic for me and my family. It felt so cozy, peaceful, and overall just a clean and safe experience that my family had for the short weekend we were there and I definitely would love to come back. It feels like a home from a Hallmark movie, and Andrew was so flexible with check and check out, very responsive and quick to answer and was overall proactive and helpful with his instructions for easy check-in. 10 out of 10 loved!
