Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great spring break stay here. Wanted a mix of quiet lake time and easy access to the city and it was perfect. Spent a lot of time fishing and caught fish the whole time- was great! A family of deer live around there and each day we would get to see them come onto the property - amazing! Basement with ping pong and cornhole was a hit with the kids. We played hours of pickle ball which is such a great feature of the home! Beds were all super comfortable. I was impressed with the water quality of the home — no smell and was great for a lake house. Very private! Julian was a fantastic super attentive host. Even sent over flashlights prior to a storm rolling in. Thank you!

Kailani was so responsive and helpful along the way. The house was just as described, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the lake and eating dinner under the lights out back!

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

This place was such a wonderful place to host a reunion! The lake view was so peaceful and the home supplied everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay.

Our family enjoyed Shannon’s place so much. This was one of the best places to stay near Nashville if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place. Shannon place is very specious, very large lot that gives you plain of privacy and comfort. We loved the water view even though it was too cold for us, I’m sure this would be great as well during the Summer time. I would highly recommend Shannon’s place and plan to return as well.

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

My colleague and I rented Lorena’s space when we were in town for a weeklong training. She was a great host, and the house was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and the access to the lake was really cool. Oh and I just loved the fireplace! I will definitely rent here again!

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Our stay was wonderful! We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the house, how well-stocked it was, and the excellent location. The hosts' responsiveness was also greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing time! The neighbor Mr. Joe welcomed us and told us he’ll be available if we need anything! Made us feel like true neighbor's.

Felt right at home! No luck fishing in late March but our kids loved being right on the water. We all enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, and petal boat. Beds were very comfortable, loved the layout, plenty of linens, fans, fishing gear. Could get to grocery store without traffic and easy drive to Nashville without having to stay downtown. Best of both worlds! Janet responded within hours when Roku remote died. Whirlpool needs repair (buttons and most jets very soft at max) but kids had a blast!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

It was a nice peaceful getaway for my wife and I. House was easy to find, and was easy to get into via the door code. Everything looked and smelled clean. All amenities were easily accessible as called out by the host. We’ll definitely staying again!

Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

The host was so accommodating and very responsive. The property was amazing!!!! It’s located right on the river. It was absolutely beautiful, serene, and quiet. The location was perfect because it’s peaceful but only a short uber ride away from Broadway. Our group had the best experience and definitely recommend. If I visit Nashville again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

This is such a gorgeous home with the most phenomenal view. RC was incredibly kind, helpful, and always responded within minutes! We will definitely be returning soon! This was by far our favorite air bnb yet! 🥰🥰

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson and Suzie - they are truly above and beyond! Case in point: one day during our visit, we locked ourselves out of the house. I messaged Suzie, and she was there in a matter of minutes to unlock the door for us. Another day, after some severe storms overnight, Suzie messaged the next morning just to check on us. Their communication was top-notch...they always responded very quickly to any messages and were so helpful with answering questions. Their home was spotlessly clean and was extremely well-stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, paper products, etc. to make for a smooth stay. They provided a garage door opener for us to use - it was SO nice being able to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Franklin, and the interstate. I highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts who made it such a comfortable and cozy place for our family to stay!!

It was the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Close to DT and was very spacious with a lot of nice features! Definitely worth it!

If you are considering booking a place in this area, stop scrolling and book this! The house is perfect! Two bathrooms, a wonderful open concept kitchen/living room, huge windows with a wonderful view. The kitchen is also very well socked. It was so peaceful, sitting out on the giant back porch, listening to the birds. We hope to return in the future!
