When I checked in, Kathy greeted me to introduce herself and welcome me which was nice. The selection of coffee was nice and the side patio was nice to relax on. I used the hot tub once, and it was clean and hot. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to sleep like I was dead, and the couch was very comfortable for when I wasn’t sleeping. I like how the tv was adjustable for bed couch or in between viewing. It’s a great staycation place to just relax for me since I live close by.

Communication was amazing and he went above and beyond to get the place ready for us. House was nice and clean, and big enough for all of us. The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was quiet and nobody bothered us.

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Luke’s place isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. Each room has its own vibe, with cozy couches, TVs everywhere, and so many cool little spaces to discover. The espresso machine was a game-changer—having fresh espresso in the mornings outside was peaceful and grounding. At night, the outdoor vibe is incredible. Whether it’s soaking in the hot tub under the stars or just hanging out and taking in the stillness, it feels like your own private escape. The books, the decor, the energy—everything invites you to explore. It’s a place that feels alive. Every detail feels intentional, but nothing is forced. It’s like Luke hands you the pieces to your own adventure and lets you put it together however you want. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one has a soul to it. This was a really neat spot and a very peaceful neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and very private as it is like a high-end luxury pool house/mother-in-law suite. Ended up meeting the hosts and getting to know them, had a blast with my wife and three kids and didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

Property accurately matches description. Neighborhood is an easy walk or short ride to many restaurants and things to do. We felt safe. There is some street noise which is to be expected in the area. Hot tub and privacy fence made for great hangout space.

I came from Tx to spend some time with my sister and my new sister in law. Finding Dave’s place was such a blessing. We felt right at home the second we got there. The house was clean and warm. The shower heads are AMAZING and in the bedroom downstairs, it has the cutest closet. We were going to enjoy the hot tub, but with the weather, decided it was best not to. However, it was clean and ready to go as well. We had fun battling each other in air hockey and basketball upstairs. Ronda was the best!! Great at communicating!!!! Dave was great with being flexible due to me not adding the two extra humans and the fur babies lol. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I highly recommend this place. We are already trying to plan our next stay with Dave and Ronda!!

We had fun on a quick family getaway. Our kids (4 years and 22 mos) loved the playhouse and provided toys. The house had plenty of space for them to spread out and play. We enjoyed how kid-friendly it was. They had everything we needed from plastic tableware to books, toys, pack n play, diaper pail, and a high chair. We also enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings, comfortable beds and individual bedrooms for each of us. This house would be great for a small group as well. It’s warm and comfortable.

We loved staying in this enchanting cabin. The cabin is so modern yet quaint and cozy. The entire wall of windows opens up to an outside view. Including a stream and bridge. The morning views were peaceful and the evening views were lit up with lights hanging from the trees. Everyone we met were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. We truly couldn't have asked for more.

I don’t normally come back to the same AirBnb twice, but this place I would! The host was great, flexible, clear and easy to work with. The house was excellent and exactly what I needed for my week stay. Beautiful home, kitchen, dining room, etc. Loved the back patio, used the grill and hot tub several times as well as the back porch swing. Everything was well cleaned upon my arrival and clutter-free. Surprisingly quiet street / neighborhood close to so many things in a very short drive in midtown/plaza/westport area, among others. I’d definitely stay here again and happily bring the family with me next time too!

Stayed at this house for my daughters bachelorette party. Great communication from host. House was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space. Beautiful back patio area with lots of seating for us to hangout. Plenty of beds that were comfortable for everyone. Perfect for what we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Great place for kids. It had a fun game room to entertain the kids. It was cold when we were there but the kids enjoyed the backyard. If it were warmer they would spend all day out there. You could tell the owner put a lot of effort in the place. They were also very responsive. I’d stay again if I were in the area.

Photos from Johnny's looked like the listing. Johnny was responsive to our messages. The hot tub and sauna were nice features in selecting this house to rent. Modern and updated interiors and kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the space fit our family well. There is plenty to do in the area and many restaurants and shopping close by.

Jake was on top of all the details for our stay. The home was perfectly set up with all the details. the kids LOVED the downstairs and the hot tub. The adults loved having the upstairs mostly to ourselves since the kids were entertained.
