Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

The house was great for a quick stay in Ventura. Our group was in town for a half-marathon, and we loved using the swim spa (hot tub) and outdoor living space after the run. The bedrooms offered ample privacy for four adults, and we were very impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with everything you'd need to cook and enjoy a meal.

Yuval has a great property! The Airbnb is quiet, clean, and in a great location! The kitchen includes every appliance you could need and there is plenty of space for one or two people to stay (plus pets!). Yuval has been extremely accommodating and kind, I would highly recommend booking!

Perfect little place to stay while on business. Very nice to have a kitchen where we could make our own meals and not have to rely on eating out. Stocked with the right amenities, access to washer and dryer, and very clean! The beds are firm, which was a bit difficult form us personally, but that in no way will reduce my score and review of this quaint and perfectly located gem.
