Staying in Kerstin's house is like living in a Swedish magazine photo spread. Everything is so lovely and so perfectly Swedish. We had a restful stay, listening to the crickets and cooking our own meals and admiring the flowers and fields and old churches. Kerstin was a very friendly host and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our time at this place. The view of the lake was stunning, and the place was clean and cozy. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect respite from a busy day and full week of sightseeing. Homey and welcoming, clean and bright. Everything anyone needs and great hosts, responsive and also recognize our need to just chill . Only about 15 minutes from a beautiful city, Jonkoping! It is also worth your time to visit.

Fredrik's home was a joy! The expansive view across Lake Vänern included bird life, small boats and magnificent sunsets. We felt right at home - the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoors, we enjoyed it all - the dock and small row boat, the sauna and hot tub. Fredrik's home was private, impeccably clean, uncluttered and filled with natural light. We also discovered many tranquil, easy trails in the surrounding area that took us to other points along the lake. Some of the trails were even within walking distance of Fredrik's home. Groceries, local restaurants and a few cafés were only 15-30 minutes away by car. Coming from Annapolis, Maryland in the USA, some of the hikers we met on the trails asked why were in this part of Sweden. Our answer was easy - it's a magical area and we loved staying in Fredrik's place!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! We really felt very comfortable here, both in the house and in the magnificent surroundings. We were out on the lake by boat and could even catch fish which was a real highlight. In addition, we made beautiful excursions in the area and slept wonderfully every night. The fresh eggs from the chickens were great, and we really enjoyed spending time with the cats, dog Ronja, the chickens and of course your lovely cows. We particularly liked the loving little things in and around the house, and as a little extra we even found a geocache nearby. Thanks to the warm temperatures, we also dared to go swimming! We had a great holiday at Linnea's house. Everything was there that we needed. The location is great, right on the lake, very quiet, you are really secluded and have your peace and quiet. We spent a lot of time with the two small boats on the lake and enjoyed the sun in the garden. We will be happy to come back!

Cozy wooden house with wood stove. Wonderful view on the garden and Orlen. The kitchen is small but workable, everything is present. The place is clean and comfortably furnished. The garden is bordered by the lake with swimming beach. Nature reserves, including Tiveden, are easy to drive to by car. A surprisingly good Konstmuseet in Skövde. I warmly recommend this house. If I am in this area again, I will definitely come back. Tanja has created a wonderful vacation spot.
