Great place to stay for a UGA home game. Big front lawn, fire pit, jacuzzi, comfortable interior, and walking distance from the stadium.

The best BnB we have ever stayed in. Everything was extremely lovingly furnished and the entire house was really impressive. We had a wonderful time and contact with the landlords was always easy. The pictures in the ad do not reflect the true beauty of the property. Simply outstanding. We'd love to come back.

Our family had a great time in the peaceful setting of Down at the Farm. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and relaxing in and around the pool. The host was very friendly and welcoming. A great place to create family memories.

This was an amazing experience. I started communicating with John 13 months before my sons wedding to stay there plus host a large rehearsal dinner. ( it grew to 80 people!). John allowed - welcomed me- to come see the property to check out the layout for what I needed giving my caterer information and planning for our stay. I needed to move furniture and a few other things and when I asked John if it was ok, his reply was, “it’s your house”, and I truly felt that way. It was comfortable and allowed for my family to stay and as we had a few revolving guests, John provided extra linens. The rehearsal dinner was on a hot August night and I had told folks to bring a bathing suit. Several of the bridal party and friends jumped in! The animals were fun and when a few of the kitties jumped in the car when we were leaving we were tempted to steal them! Our caterer for that dinner and a farewell brunch lived the set up of this place as well. I honestly cannot recommend it enough! Thanks John!

This place is a hidden gem, close to all of Athens and not far from Augusta. Wingate is a great host, very responsive and has an amazing background as a photographer. Our kids loved the donkeys, the fish pond, and running around the property. The property has a grill, fire pit, disc golf, corn hole and various sports equipment. We loved our stay and hope to be back for a UGA/A&M game one day!

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

We had a great stay. Perfect location off the beaten path but still close to all that Athens had to offer. Perfect little get away for our family of four and the pup to catch a game at Sanford Stadium.

Great spot and affordable. The townhouse is exactly as described with plenty of space and parking. It was clean, has comfortable beds, and was quiet. Had no issues with the internet during video calls. There’s a keurig coffee maker with pods (no cream/sugar) for anyone wondering about the coffee situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Bonus, the host is super nice and responsive.

Highly enjoyed the stay. Krysia was responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the vibe of the place—sorta feels like staying in the ‘Bedroom in Arles’ in the best way. Cozy.

The house and the property were great! It was peaceful and spacious. Jamaica was attentive and communicative throughout the rental. Would recommend.

Quite possibly the coolest and best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Place was exactly like the photos and I’m not sure I’ve ever had that happen before. Wide open space. Great for family, as it had arcade games, indoor or hole boards, etc and also great for a small get together due to how wide open the space was. Oh yeah, it’s in an old church that was turned into living spaces. The steeple from the church and other original portions of the church were used in the space we rented. The whole family agreed this was a place we will rent again when we get back to the Classic City!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at Gwyneth's airbnb. It was exactly as she described. Will definitely stay there again if ever in Athens! Thank you!!!

Great location near UGA Classic Center. Also close to greenway for walking/biking. Very clean. Loved the TVs/streaming apps with logins and appreciated the power strips throughout for easy charging.

Loved Athens, loved this place...if I ever travel back, I will DEFINITELY book this place again!

Kay was a great host. Place was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. We came in for a Georgia football game and found the location to be convenient to Athens. Look forward to future stays. Highly recommend!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

A absolutely beautiful location!!

Only minutes away from Athens via scenic country roads. Easy access. Presumably the pool house of the host but felt private and actually never saw anyone else. Was a fall visit so didn’t use the pool though pool area looked fun.
