We honestly have nothing else to say but of how amazing this place was I genuinely recommend it a lot, I’ve spend fun quality time with my family, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day here and it felt completely magical I genuinely believe this is one of the best places I’ve ever been. It has everything me and my family was looking for from unbelievable nature to how warm and cozy the place was. The house structure fits so perfectly into the environment even tho the house has been there since 1926 it still looks like new and it’s full of history.

This was my second trip staying at Ashley’s Air BnB. Place was immaculate, comfortable and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Thanks you Ashley for accommodating me on the 12 o’clock check out request. This place is well worth the money and I will be staying here again in the future.

It was a good stay, I can’t complain. We saw beautiful animals and the twinkle lights were perfect.

Nice private location and a lovely guesthouse. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again.

We were looking for a quiet getaway with a little bit of adventure, and this was exactly that. The home was comfortable but minimal (just what we wanted). The ducks were fun, the hot tub was great, and the amenities worked well. My only complaint is quite specific; a cardinal came out every day to watch his reflection in my car mirrors, and he made beak marks all over them. Hopefully they come off.

My girlfriend and I had the best stay here! It was peaceful and private. Everything looked exactly like it was on the photos. The dogs were also awesome to meet. We highly recommend this Airbnb, and we’ll hopefully be back one day!

We stayed at this beautiful tiny home cabin for my boyfriends birthday. He had no idea we were coming & it was just simply amazing! We were able to kick back, relax and just enjoy being one with nature. Nature really does heal and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. It was truly meant to be & the hosts are just the most sweetest and knowledgeable! We even tried the cool pool outside the house and now I want to engage cold plunging! EVERYTHING was a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be back for sure, Im thinking like at least once a month! ☺️ Thank you Jim & Christine!!!! 😎

Kathryn’s place was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family in the area over Christmas. This home is just a lovely older farmhouse with large roomy accommodations in a private and quiet setting. The bedding was comfortable and there was ample hot water. It was quite cold during our visit but the home was warm and comfortable. It was so nice to enjoy beautiful antique pieces of furniture and artwork. There was a wonderful collection of books to enjoy. The yard space was large and both the front porch and back deck made for a great place to enjoy the surrounding nature. We saw deer and a plethora of song birds. Kathryn checked in with us and was both accommodating and communicative. We will definitely book this home again if available during our next visit.

I absolutely loved Kat's cottage..probably in my top 3 favorites with airbnb. If you want fancy, this is not your place but if you are looking for charming, romantic and peaceful, you won't be disappointed! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and it was nice to look out the window each morning to see all of the animals beginning to graze for food in this tucked-away farm. I wish we could have spent a bit more time enjoying the space and seeing more of the farm and next time, we will. Kat was a pleasure as a host and I wouldn't hesitate to visit her cottage again!

This was an amazing weekend. We were in town reconnecting with family for an event. It was just what we needed!!! The location was perfect for what we needed and it offered everything we love: the outdoors, privacy, spacious, and incredibly convenient. This house has everything you need plus some.. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating from checking in a little early to even allowing us to hang around for a little longer on the last day. We enjoyed all the amenities provided from the outdoor fire pit to the grill and ping pong table. Thank you for a much-needed weekend with family! We have already making plans for our next event so that we can stay at this location. It was perfect!!

This place is great! You won't have to worry about having nothing to do , all the games will keep you busy. If relaxing is what you want they also have a HUGE couch to kick back and watch a movie! They also thought of the kiddos with the awesome bunk bed room, pack and play, and playset/swing set outside!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!
