Place was clean, fresh, had nice kitchen. We needed an iron, she sent iron and iron stand right away. Always responded right away. Parking was a bit tricky but at least there is parking. There was construction going on next door but that’s out of their control. Definitely would rent again next time!!

I felt at home, warm and cozy. The neighborhood friendly, safe, walkable and with best connection. Close to a marvelous beach. Not a lot of activities but the perfect ones. It is a gem, will definitely repeat. Francisca a very responsive host and very collaborative.

Very good house. Jana Was a great host. always helpful with local tips for food , travel etc. Some things like bed were not so comfortable. Squeaking noise sometimes. Otherwise very good stay. Will surely recommend it.

A beautiful moment alone on this beach with my family . Very nice cabin , nicely decorated , with all the essentials to spend a few days with the sound of the waves as a companion . Thank you

Very cozy Espaco, with all that is needed and with some extras. Very well presented and clean. The location is very good. We like it very much and recommend it.

It is an ocean beach area close to Lisbon ( 30 minutes drive ), with many restaurants. You can have a lunch on the balcony and enjoy an ocean view

What a great spot in a beautiful place! Easy access to restaurants and grocery. The hosts are amazing and very flexible! Had a wonderful experience and would love to come back! If you have not been to Lisbon, you must come and if you do please put this place on your list!

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

We had a a really nice stay in Parede, the neighborhood was nice and easy, also some of the nice beaches are nearby. We used public transportation and taxi to get around, which works fine. The only downside is that the groceries and restaurants are not that nearby.

Decent place in a prime location. Price is high but expected for where it is located and in my honest humble opinion worth every cent. Would recommend and will book it again if i ever require something around that area.

Excellent stay in this beautiful and very well arranged apartment. Very nice quiet and peaceful area. It's very easy to park for free with ample parking nearby. 5 minutes walk from the edge of the Tagus River!

We had a wonderful stay in Ivo's apartment, which is located near the beach and train station, with a variety of grocery stores in proximity and very well equipped (e.g. washing machine with integrated drying function). The little garden belonging to the apartment served our children very well as playground. Contact with Ivo was impecable, obliging and responding very quick to all questions. We fully recommend this accomodation.

Great stay and loved my time there.

Journey with my wife and daughter (12 years) in January 2025. We really love hosting. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable beds, and accommodates with peace of mind up to 4 people. As it was winter time, we used two portable heaters that were sufficient. We went by car and there were no problems arranging vacancies (gratuítas) to park next to the apartment. There is Santo Amaro station very close for those who want to travel to Lisbon by train. I recommend the property.

Great apartment within walking distance to train station, giving access from Cascais to Lisbon. Very close to supermarket, and plenty of toys and space for children.

Was a great stay. The flat is near the beach and promenade (10 mins walk) and a train station that brings you to Lisbon. The Continent shop is a few minutes’ walk. The flat corresponds to the photos and is quite cozy, even having a fireplace that was really useful in Jan. I had marvelous breakfasts with a spectacular ocean view and sunsets/sunrises on the balcony. No noise from neighbors, so I slept well. The bed and mattress are comfortable. The host is very responsive and pleasant to talk to. The only thing I might note, just to consider, is that the shower door is quite narrow, so if you are pregnant, for example, it might become a challenge. Also, the bathroom smells, which can be fixed by closing the door, but anyway.. As a conclusion, that doesn’t affect my stay, and I would definitely recommend it and would be glad to get back. We loved that it was so close to the amazing beach, the apartment had everything we needed and extra linens and towels so we didn’t need to go to laundromat during our stay, 20 min by Uber/Bolt to Lisbon (except rush hour), so we combined tours and sightseeing with several relaxing days on the beach. Supermarket is 20 min walk and there is a small convenience shop in the complex for emergencies. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the place

I had a fantastic stay at this house in Lisbon! The place was spotless, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Lisbon!
