Vacation rentals with a pool in Ocotal Beach

Great family home with pool and BBQ. Kitchen equipped with everything to wish for. Location is also great, only 5 min walk to the beach. Home is located in a safe gated community. When going back I will book here definitely again.

An exceptional stay! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The host was remarkably kind and available, always ready to meet my needs. The location is perfect, quiet while being close to everything you need. It was a real favorite, and I can only recommend this place 100%. Can't wait to come back!

My family had an amazing weekend. El lugar nos encanto; por ello la calificación. Si, se nos presentaron problemas con waze; perdimos la señal varias veces durante el trayecto y las instrucciones no eran tan precisas; por lo menos para nosotros. Otro detalle es la carretera de acceso; especialmente durante la época lluviosa; puede ser un poco difícil para carros bajos. Pero a pesar de eso; la casa lo vale. Gracias Laura. My family had an incredible weekend. We loved the house, hence the rating. Yes, we had problems with waze; We lost the signal several times during the trip and the instructions were not that precise; at least for us. Another detail is the access road; especially during the rainy season; It can be a little difficult for low cars. But, despite that; the house is worth it. Thank you, Laura.

Airbnb Review: A Dream Stay in Costa Rica We recently stayed at Brenda’s beautiful Airbnb in Costa Rica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, Brenda made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us arrange transportation to explore the areas we wanted to tour (a paid service, but so worth it for the convenience). The property itself was a slice of paradise. The home is private and well-maintained, complete with a stunning waterfall pool that was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. The surrounding jungle views are breathtaking—you feel completely immersed in the natural beauty of this incredible country. We loved it so much that we even found ourselves discussing the possibility of living here permanently. We were there at the end of winter, so many restaurants and stores close to the house were upgrading or under construction. What was open was great. 5-7 minute easy walk to the beach. Having the pool at the house was great. The towns we visited were within a 45 minute drive. Kimberly and her husband were the managers and took care of any needs we had. They cooked for us 1 night and it was worth the extra money. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 people and there was room for 9.

We had the best time staying at this airbnb! It was so beautiful and a great location right next to town but still quiet and peaceful. Our host was so friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

Stayed for 4 weeks in March with my family and it was a wonderful extended stay. The unit is super clean and practical. The rooms and beds are super comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful along with the local property management. Very friendly neighbors and community. Highly recommended space.

Fantastic place that is clean, safe, and very responsive hosts. Really nothing more you can ask for out of a vacation rental. There is a nice coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mar Azul for fresh fish and incredibly nice people. You can take a shortcut to the coffee shop and other restaurants that are close to the beach. Turn left out of the gate and then a right down the hill near the complex waterfalls just down the street. We also drove to Ocotal beach and had lunch at the Father Rooster. Bring a little cash for parking and get there early. We found a great little cove and saw little fish which was awesome for our toddler. Great place, fun beaches, clean, friendly people. Just a blast all around!

Place was really nice and perfect for our short stay in Coco. A short walk to the beach and a few nice restaurants. The pool was perfect for the kids and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Very nice, fully equipped and clean. Super comfortable big beds. Plenty of towels for bathrooms as well as beach. Lots of handy items like bags, cooler bags, beach chairs etc. Wonderful big pool. Well kept grounds. A few lovely permanent residents, like Sandy who was always out around making sure the area was kept up and on hand if we had any questions. Would definitely return to this condo.

The condo is in a great location, the neighbours are friendly, and it's well-appointed with everything you need. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Coco has no shortage of great restaurants and the +/- 15 minute walk to the main strip is easy - just enough distance that the area surrounding the condo is very peaceful and feels safe. Wifi is strong enough for streaming and remote working. It lacks an outdoor seating area dedicated to the unit, but there are places to use in the communal area by the pool. We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable - would stay again.

The place was great, it has AC in every room which is welcome in this weather. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool right in front of it had a good temperature and was family-friendly. The place has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, exactly what I was looking for.

The property is furnished with very high quality items. Comfortable beds, great shower, large pool with showers, kitchen with everything you need. Not right in the center, but everything within walking distance. Very quiet location. On a rainy day we enjoyed a break with free Netflix and Prime access, to the very comfortable sofa. Only criticism: The apartment had an unpleasant smell.
