Jane is firstly an incredibly generous and responsive host. She was super flexible and reasonable to a request we had, and also checked in with us to make sure that that we were able to check into the house. The house itself is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the massive kitchen. There is plenty of entertainment including table tennis, pool toys and floaties, a theatre room and games just to name a few. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well located. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I loved staying at Marcus and Fiona’s property. It was everything as described and very private. Marcus and Fiona was very responsive and we had a lovely time. We highly recommend staying at Marcus and Fiona’s property.

This accomodation in Rosebud was perfect for a quick getaway! The house was super clean and very spacious! Great location, and the house owners were super responsive and made this getaway very easy!

The house itself is lovely but we did find it a little misleading as we thought that the pool was Private. One of our guest has low mobility so walking to the pool etc. Is not possible for him. That was very disappointing but the house itself is lovely. It was under equipped with Plates and other serving items. There were no serving bowls, no salad servers, no platters, minimal utensils including an egg flip and tea strainer, no cheeseboard and minimal glasses. There were also only 6 dinner plates in a four bedroom house. So they did have to buy extra things and we also bought extra things. But all in all a lovely house.

My little crew and I had such a beautiful stay at Niki and Peter’s. The house was gorgeous with access to the pool just what my kids needed! (And I didn’t mind it either!) Thanks so much for having us 😊

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

what a memorable family holiday getaway with all the luxury an incredibly beautiful property has to offer, for those craving indulgences in rest and relaxation. the lovely scented candles in the gorgeous bathroom showers as well as the grand bath tub provided so much chilled ambiance. the space was designed so well for quiet groups of adults and or families with kids privately tucked away from the main road. floor to ceiling windows and the plush comfortable beds made sure you could watch the skies at nights and be awoken feeling rested in a brightly lit room once the blinds go up. fireplace made it cozier. the bbq and pool with sun loungers used in our last 2 days as weather hot enough to dare plunge in cool water and freshen up, take in the sun's spectacular rays 😎 with an ice cold beer. the open space kitchen dining and lounge was also a fantastic space to spend with family. thanks to Kim, Jan, Chris, Ayn and every at Property Mums for taking care of us 💙😊 we hope to return again
