We had a fantastic stay in the chalet. The chalet itself is beautiful and clearly built and furnished with a great deal of skill and care. It’s located on a beautiful hillside with views of the surrounding mountains and surrounded by green pastures. Our closest neighbors were the local cows. The location works best with a car and is within easy driving distance to hikes and sites in the Interlaken region. It’s possible to get there by public transport through a bus from Brienz but it didn’t seem to be very frequent (about once an hour). We were there in September which was a good time to visit. The chalet is heated by wood fire and was a bit cold the first night (we arrived late and the fire wasn’t on for long before we went to bed) but very comfortable the rest of the stay - there was plenty of wood and it kept the heat in well). The weather outside was great for hikes and exploring. It was clearly off-season and some restaurants were closed (eg in Axalp) so good to plan ahead.

Great place to stay for our summer break. Beautiful and tranquil surroundings with awesome view. Paul is responsive regardless of the time I texted him. We had such a memorable experience in Interlaken area.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

The Chutzli is a super cozy, small chalet in a magnificent location on the Axalp. The direct view of the mountains and Lake Brienzer is breathtaking. Within a 2-minute walk you are directly on the ski slope. The tranquility at night is not comparable. The landlords are very courteous, reliable and mindful of the well-being of their guests. The chalet is lovingly decorated, well equipped and already partially renovated. For us as a family with 2 children, the Chutzli was ideal. We felt very comfortable and fully cared for. The winter vacation on the Axalp was fantastically beautiful.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. The location for us was ideal. Picturesque, all that we imagined Switzerland to be. The views every morning every evening are amazing. I am sure it is amazing during winter time as well. For us it was perfect and truth be told well beyond our expectation. Waterfalls mountain views, evening cow bells..what more could we want...and connectivity with trains and buses right out the front door 😍😍 we plan to come back with our second daughter. We experienced sunshine, and rainy weather, both had their own vibe in this chalet. Please know that it is away from busy hustle bustle, but if you crave that Brienze is like 7 miles drive (or you could take the bus) and any location is a train journey away! Spectacular and absolutely amazing hosts, In Spite of having researched our visit I believe I had a lot of questions 😜😜 our host was very quick with responses that were full of insights. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay amongst two families while nothing was missing ! There was comfort , space and a toy for every age of all our children . The host was extremely flexible and kind ! The two floors were excellent!! The ski lift in walkable distance was a Vance changer too! We will be back !

We had an amazing stay here. It is located far from the city. You definitely need a car to reach the airbnb. The view of mountains and sunset and sunrise is immaculate. There’s also a lot of activities to do at the top of the Mostelberg. We would love to be here again. Sonja and Marcel are reaaaally friendly and kind. We were welcomed with heartwarming presences.❤️

Honestly, this chalet is even more amazing than what you see in the pictures! The location is top-notch, with convenient access to the ski slopes via a quick bus ride (just 3-5 minutes away), and all the restaurants and shops you could need nearby. The house itself was impeccably clean and cozy, and the delightful host Kenzi was incredibly helpful and always there to assist with any inquiries. Can't wait to come back again. Thanks for an incredible weekend in Grindelwald!

Our stay here was phenomenal. First, Susanne was the sweetest host. She literally met us on our walk in and showed us the space. She was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She also gave good local recommendations. We loved staying in Wengen and visiting the surrounding villages—Mürren, Grindelwald, First, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Kleine Scheidegg. There were lots of walking/hiking options as well as tourist attractions. We had the best view from this AirBnB and the lovely balcony. The walk from the train station was about 20 minutes on a paved path. The space was better than described, clean, and well-stocked. Would highly recommend Susanne and this lovely place. One thing to note is that there is just one small couch and a dining table with seating, but not much lounge space. This wasn’t a problem for us since we spent most of our time out exploring.

It’s a very unique experience to stay in this lovely chalet! 100% unbeatable views! We stayed during the Christmas time and encountered heavy snow fall, so the cable car ride wasn’t very smooth. But Marylène gave us warning in advance and also stayed in touch the whole time! Thankfully everything went well eventually and we were all stunned by the view!

Beautiful and tranquil place, just like how it is portrayed in the pictures. Fully equipped, accessible, and well located beside Ski slope. The scenery is also amazing and the host is very friendly. One of our best stay; Wish we could stay longer.

Shout out to the best responsive & understanding host, overall our two night stay at this lovely place was amazing. The place was fantastic with modern facilities, warm and cosy atmosphere. Not to mention the perfect view from our room. Loic was kind enough for letting us to do early check in, provide us with full amenities from kitchen wares and clear instruction for smooth check in process. All in all we had a splendid stay at this lovely Switz place.

Comfortable apartment in a pretty chalet, facing the mountains, in the splendid village of Grindelwald. A cozy and quiet little nest, very close to the ski slopes and the center of the village. Vreni is a considerate host. I would highly recommend!

Everything was as expected. We enjoyed the apartment very much! - The apartment is spacious and very cozy. We liked the decorations and overall style - candles, fireplace, etc. - Well equipped - all you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. A large collection of movies. Toys and other things for children. - 2 parking spaces in the underground parking. - Convenient location. - Complimentary chocolate from the hosts. Thank you, we had a good time!

One of our favourite Airbnb's by far. The location was amazing, we stayed in December so there was snow but it was small walk into town which we loved as it went through idyllic scenery. The cabin itself was very nice and the views surrounding it were stunning. We arrived a bit later than normal but Usula met us at the bus stop and walked us to the place. Ursula was also a very friendly host and had lots of local recommendations. We can't wait to stay again!

I think we were lucky to have a place to stay here! I loved the cozy and cute accommodation, The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I just fell asleep when I lay down. I was satisfied because it was clean and tidy. It was also good to cook and eat! The chair where you can sit outside with the scenery was also the best! Every evening during the 7-night stay I was happy because it was so peaceful when I was sitting in that chair, watching the stars, and listening to the sound of the cow drops ~ ~ ^ ^ There was an Eiger north wall right in front, so I did the Nunho River right! Above all, I think it was better because Anita was so kind ~:) We'll book this place again in Switzerland next time! It was a perfect accommodation in every way! ^ ^

We had a very nice stay. Particularly liked the location, where you could ski to the terminal in good snow conditions and also had direct access to the house during the descent. For a family with two children, the apartment is perfectly and comfortably furnished. Gladly come back.

We feel so fortunate to have found Alice's place! She was a super host, and the location is easily the most amazing place we have every stayed. The best part was having a private back deck with a view that few can imagine. It was interesting that there were no screens on the windows, but there were very few insects too, so it didn't seem to matter. We would have liked to have actual top bed sheets instead of just the comforters, as we are very warm sleepers. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thanks, Alice!

A place in the middle of paradise, for us it was a dream come true, the whole context of the accommodation, mountain, snow, river, really a paradise, and the luxury cabin, really do not hesitate to book, the only point I could point out, is that they arrive with the food, because there nearby we did not see anything, we found a super about 15 minutes away by car, but if you go by train I recommend you do them in advance. But overall a dream come true.

Claudia has renovated the house full of love and with attention to detail. For us, the fireplace was very nice. The house has all the comforts and especially on the balcony, where the sun shone every morning during our stay, you could enjoy the view. Claudia herself is a fantastic person and host. We really felt at home and would love to come back.

Great spot for a winter trip in Grindelwald. Daniela responds to every message promptly, and the check in instructions and photos may it super easy. The apartment was equipped with all the cooking essentials, allowing us to make meals at home. There is also a ski and boot room on the bottom level for equipment. The place is a short walk from town, making it very quiet in the evenings. If staying over new years, you can see the drone show from the balcony. The view out to the mountains is also great. Things to note, if travelling in winter with alot of luggage, the road / path down to the apartment can be slippery. If just taking back packs you will be fine. Great place, book it and explore Grinderwald, you will have an awesome time!
