We had a fantastic stay in the chalet. The chalet itself is beautiful and clearly built and furnished with a great deal of skill and care. It’s located on a beautiful hillside with views of the surrounding mountains and surrounded by green pastures. Our closest neighbors were the local cows. The location works best with a car and is within easy driving distance to hikes and sites in the Interlaken region. It’s possible to get there by public transport through a bus from Brienz but it didn’t seem to be very frequent (about once an hour). We were there in September which was a good time to visit. The chalet is heated by wood fire and was a bit cold the first night (we arrived late and the fire wasn’t on for long before we went to bed) but very comfortable the rest of the stay - there was plenty of wood and it kept the heat in well). The weather outside was great for hikes and exploring. It was clearly off-season and some restaurants were closed (eg in Axalp) so good to plan ahead.

Great place to stay for our summer break. Beautiful and tranquil surroundings with awesome view. Paul is responsive regardless of the time I texted him. We had such a memorable experience in Interlaken area.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

This is a lovely apartment with an equally lovely host. Jennifer was nothing but courteous and kind to us, even to the point of asking about our safety when there was a particularly bad storm one day. on arrival we were greeted by 2 bottled of drink, which we felt was a very kind thing to do. The property was lovely and clean, and in a great location. Our children enjoyed the swings and the little slide down to them. The views are excellent over the lake. I took a couple of stars away from the section on property accuracy. The reason for this, and it may well be a translational issue, was that the advert stated the you would get the whole property. In the UK that would mean the complete building, however, this was effectively a flat with another flat below (which was unused at the time). In the end it didn't bother us, but it was a dissapointment on first sight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return, Jennifer is a lovely host!

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. The location for us was ideal. Picturesque, all that we imagined Switzerland to be. The views every morning every evening are amazing. I am sure it is amazing during winter time as well. For us it was perfect and truth be told well beyond our expectation. Waterfalls mountain views, evening cow bells..what more could we want...and connectivity with trains and buses right out the front door 😍😍 we plan to come back with our second daughter. We experienced sunshine, and rainy weather, both had their own vibe in this chalet. Please know that it is away from busy hustle bustle, but if you crave that Brienze is like 7 miles drive (or you could take the bus) and any location is a train journey away! Spectacular and absolutely amazing hosts, In Spite of having researched our visit I believe I had a lot of questions 😜😜 our host was very quick with responses that were full of insights. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Inge's beautiful house in Interlaken! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Inge was an exceptional host; she was incredibly kind, provided us with all the information we needed, and made sure we felt right at home. She was always available to assist with anything we required. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Inge and Noah, for your warm hospitality!

We had an amazing stay here. It is located far from the city. You definitely need a car to reach the airbnb. The view of mountains and sunset and sunrise is immaculate. There’s also a lot of activities to do at the top of the Mostelberg. We would love to be here again. Sonja and Marcel are reaaaally friendly and kind. We were welcomed with heartwarming presences.❤️

The views were amazing!! Definitely one of the best stays in Switzerland. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet, and the drive up wasn’t difficult as well. There is also a washer and dryer which is really convenient for long stays!

Our stay here was phenomenal. First, Susanne was the sweetest host. She literally met us on our walk in and showed us the space. She was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She also gave good local recommendations. We loved staying in Wengen and visiting the surrounding villages—Mürren, Grindelwald, First, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Kleine Scheidegg. There were lots of walking/hiking options as well as tourist attractions. We had the best view from this AirBnB and the lovely balcony. The walk from the train station was about 20 minutes on a paved path. The space was better than described, clean, and well-stocked. Would highly recommend Susanne and this lovely place. One thing to note is that there is just one small couch and a dining table with seating, but not much lounge space. This wasn’t a problem for us since we spent most of our time out exploring.

Beautiful and cozy place with all amenities. Sabine provided detailed description of place and way to reach the apartment. Kitchen was very good and with all spices and essential cooking items.Enjoyed our stay of 4 nights!

The location of this stay could not have been better! The cabin is perfectly placed between the Grindelwald train terminal for your arrival and the Eiger express for going skiing or to the Top of Europe! The large windows provide stunning views of some of the most spectacular mountains in the world. There is plenty of space to hang out as well as beds for all your friends. All around this stay was amazing!

Vreni is a very nice host and always respond to my inquires in a prompt way. The house is fantastic, super clean, nice views of the snow mountain. Walking go distance to train and cable car station. Highly recommended.

Everything was as expected. We enjoyed the apartment very much! - The apartment is spacious and very cozy. We liked the decorations and overall style - candles, fireplace, etc. - Well equipped - all you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. A large collection of movies. Toys and other things for children. - 2 parking spaces in the underground parking. - Convenient location. - Complimentary chocolate from the hosts. Thank you, we had a good time!

We stayed at Ursula's apartment for 5 nights. We had a very nice time. Great quiet location. Ursula was very accessible, helpful, very nice communication and recommendations for the area. We would definitely recommend this place and book again if we vacation in Grindelwald again.

I think we were lucky to have a place to stay here! I loved the cozy and cute accommodation, The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I just fell asleep when I lay down. I was satisfied because it was clean and tidy. It was also good to cook and eat! The chair where you can sit outside with the scenery was also the best! Every evening during the 7-night stay I was happy because it was so peaceful when I was sitting in that chair, watching the stars, and listening to the sound of the cow drops ~ ~ ^ ^ There was an Eiger north wall right in front, so I did the Nunho River right! Above all, I think it was better because Anita was so kind ~:) We'll book this place again in Switzerland next time! It was a perfect accommodation in every way! ^ ^

It is located a little far from Grindelwald Station, but the bus stop was right in front of the accommodation, so there was no inconvenience in coming and going. Rather, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood allowed me to relax. If you go out on the terrace, you will see a view like a fairytale village. I'll never forget the experience of eating wine and meat every night while looking at the stunning scenery. It had everything we needed, including wine glasses, spoons and chopsticks, pans, and plates. Friendly hosts and perfect facilities and a great view! If I come back to Grindelwald, I really want to stay here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time at the penthouse. It was clean and so close to the grocery store. It was easy to walk to the bakery in the morning and get to the cable car. It was a perfect location for traveling with kids as it was just next to the trains.

We feel so fortunate to have found Alice's place! She was a super host, and the location is easily the most amazing place we have every stayed. The best part was having a private back deck with a view that few can imagine. It was interesting that there were no screens on the windows, but there were very few insects too, so it didn't seem to matter. We would have liked to have actual top bed sheets instead of just the comforters, as we are very warm sleepers. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thanks, Alice!

Manuela's place, just a short 3-5 mins walk from Lutschental station, was very convenient for us to explore the attractions in both Interlaken and Grindelwald area. My family and I enjoyed our stay as the place was clean, well-supplied with amenities, and good heating. The views, especially of the mountains, were incredible as well. Manuela was helpful with clear instructions, and helped us dispose our rubbish in the middle of our stay. One thing to note is there's only one toilet.

I loved staying at Claudia's place. it was perfect to get away from everything and spend some time in nature. the view is amazing and there are some really pretty walks/hikes nearby. the view from the balcony is breath taking and the location is top. the place had everything that we needed and more. I can only recommend it to anyone that loves to be in the mountains.

This was the best place to stay. I checked in late in the evening, but it was dark, so I found the wrong way and went to the back of the apartment. It's too dark and dead-end, so I'm going back. I had a hard time, but After checking in, I thought I was good at choosing this place for a clean kitchen and nice scenery! And I was panicking because the transformer I brought from Korea didn't match the specification, but when I asked the host if I could borrow it, he answered me that it was on the shelf in a minute! Not only that, there was a welcome drink, a lot of chopsticks that were hard to see in Europe, and there were a lot of dishes, so it was less hassle to wash the dishes every time. I had to use the shared washing machine in the apartment, but I was able to do enough with the coins prepared by the host, and there was even an umbrella blanket! If I come back to Grindelwald, this is the place I would definitely want to stop by again!
