Fernando is an exceptionally warm and likeable host where you feel welcome immediately. The accommodation is spacious and offers plenty of space to relax. The location is particularly practical as you can reach the beach in just a 2-minute walk. Everything was spotlessly clean, which gave us a cozy feeling and made us feel right at home. Here you don't just arrive as guests, but ultimately leave as friends – an unforgettable experience.

Pleasant place for a short-term stay. Sufficient for a family of 4 with children. We are very friendly and available for our requests, with quick response. Gratos for Attention!

Such a bright apartment in a sunny yellow building, with vibrant sunset views. Very tidy and clean. We loved being in the heart of Caldas, so easy to walk to everything. Maria's apartment design shares the whimsical charm of this city. From the balconies' view, we realized that the big ceramic black cat sculpture below, seems to be hilariously hissing up at the ceramic birds up on the wall where pigeons relax... The bus terminal across the pedestrian only street (with more sculptures) is actually very quiet and cool to see from above, you'll feel like a local. Don't miss going to Origem Coffee Co. and Meixa for sourdough, right around the corner! Maria is a kind and responsive host.🐈‍⬛💛

Very relaxing environment near the golf course. Convenient location to clubhouse for golf and the clubhouse restaurant.

Lara is a wonderful person and host. Our trip went well at her place and she did her best for us to be comfortable during our stay.

Great place perfectly situated. Nice coffee maker but no coffee. Single heater available for the bedroom on cold nights. No heater for the upstairs. Awesome!

John's place exceeded our expectations, offering a cozy, well-equipped retreat that feels more like staying at a friend's home than a rental. The apartment is filled with charming touches, including beautiful paintings and candles. The garden, terrace, and pool area are well-maintained, and we loved the view from both tarraces on the golf fields. John was a fantastic host, always responsive and attentive, making our experience seamless. The nearby beach was a short walk away and super quiet. We also went to the Baleal beach where you can buy some surfing lessons or just rent a board. Our stay was truly memorable, and we highly recommend this place and John as a host.

Loved this beach house. The property exceeded our expectations and we felt at home. The location and view from the roof terrace is exceptional. The hosts left very useful local information for us and the house is well maintained. It has most things available you would need to cook. We hope to return. Thank you for a beautiful 10 days

Super pad for the week. The pool was lovely bonus also. Near to beautfuil beaches, walks, we didn’t eat out but the BBQ was perfect and a Gas one so even easier. House really well furnished and you can hear the sea!!!!!

What an incredible apartment! It’s fully equipped, immaculately clean, and the beds are so comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. There are also so many useful items for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. The huge terrace and jacuzzi provide such a lovely space to relax. Hugo is truly a wonderful host—so polite and kind. I really appreciate your warm hospitality! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Awesome view and luxurious apartment in a nice gated community. Lots of space and very nicely furnished. It is a holiday apartment so kitchen has no consumables. No salt, sugar, cooking oil or the like. If you want to cook then you need to stock up on everything. Also missing cleaning rags, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. A bit of a bother for us since we only stayed for 3 nights. But this was only a small minus in what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The place is so well located and huge! The bathtub after a good surf is just pure luxury, not to mention the great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The supermarkets are also just around the corner, a 5-minute drive away. I felt very comfortable and thank Sara for her warm hospitality.

The apartment is really nice! Super clean and modern and the roof top terrace is definitely a nice thing on top. In general the apartment is well equipped and I really enjoyed my stay. Claudia also was very responsive regarding questions and everything is very well explained within the apartment. I’d love to stay there again at some point.

Great apartment next to the beach, with everything we need to have a peaceful vacation. Prezo always a development with a garage place like this. Rodrigo is an excellent person, he goes in contact during the holidays to question whether we are well and with suggestions for the stay. I recommend it
