We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb while visiting our son, who is stationed at the nearby base. The apartment was in a quiet, charming part of town with plenty to do within walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, including some basic spices like salt and pepper. I recommend checking out the kitchen before doing your grocery shopping, as we ended up with a few duplicate items. A quick tip: the bottom drawer under the oven is where you’ll find cooking utensils like large spoons. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay—we’d definitely book again!

We stayed at the turn of the year. The location requires a car The closer and wider area has plenty to offer especially for hiking enthusiasts. The apartment is rustically cozy. However, you should be good to walk due to the steep stairs. The kitchen equipment (dishes/cutlery) was a bit spartan. We would have liked a little more. As it is a courtyard, we were initially mistaken around looking for the key safe. But since we were sighted right away, the problem was quick to fix. Parking is easily possible. Very good shopping facilities are available in the neighboring village of Erbendorf.

The place met all the expectations, parking by the house without any problems, there was also a crib, which is a big plus for us, the apartment was beautiful clean and ready, I really appreciate the fast communication with Isabell because we were looking for a place to stay until late in the evening a few hours before arrival. The apartment is within walking distance of the center, which is also a plus. If we can, we'll use this accommodation next time.

We felt very comfortable. When we were visiting, Rosenmarkt was just in Thurnau, super nice and there was a lot on offer. Unfortunately, parking was more than difficult because of it. The accommodation is centrally located and we felt very comfortable.

Thank you Juliane for letting us spend 3 wonderful days in this beautiful, quiet and super equipped apartment. The full equipment of the kitchen incl. Minibar, coffee and tea, spices etc. is exceptional. We felt very comfortable, were delighted with the excellent location to explore Bayreuth and would come back again and again if we were drawn to Bayreuth. Juliane is a super professional host who doesn't leave the well-being of her guests to chance.

Communication with Allan was great. Upon arrival, we felt right at home in the apartment and spent really nice days in the Fichtel Mountains. We were mainly traveling by bike / mountain bike. But the area is also super suitable for hiking. A thermal spa, about 20 minutes away in Weißenstadt, brings variety for days with bad weather. Unfortunately, we still had to end our vacation early. We were traveling with a one-year-old child. The apartment is child-friendly. But our son was simply not used to the travel bed and the somewhat light-hearted apartment, which is why the nights were sleepless. In conclusion, we can fully recommend the apartment to anyone who would like to spend a nice time in nature and is looking for a modern but cozy accommodation.
