Spacious modern and conveniently located

Enjoy this space located in the center but just outside the effervescence of the first painting about 5 minutes from the magical neighborhood of Jalatlaco, between 10 and 15 minutes walking from the Santo Domingo, the Cathedral and the walker. Behind La Merced Market. A few blocks from cafes, restaurants, fondas, bars and very nice architecture. Close to places to eat typical food and 10 minutes from Llano Park. Recommended for couples, adventurers, business travelers. Very quiet and central.

"La Mina" AC, Beauty, great location & comfort

Beautiful remodeled apartment in front of the "Jardín Conzatti", one block from the "El Llano" park and 10 minutes from the former convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, in the heart of the Historic Center. Parks, museums, restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces, galleries, convenience stores, handicrafts. Close to the ADO bus terminal and 30 minutes from the airport by car. Privacy, security, wonderful neighborhood. Excellent for couples, adventurers, families and groups of maximum 4 people.

Casa Rincón. The best place to enjoy Oaxaca

The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Oaxaca's historic downtown. From here you can walk throughout the center. It is a wooded area with nice places to have breakfast or a coffee. The house is designed to be enjoyed, very well lit, spacious and comfortable, designed with travelers in mind who like to enjoy both the city and a private space for themselves. It is at street level so you do not have to climb stairs or share any space with anyone.

This Bungalow features a king size bed with an open floor plan to the second " day bed" that can be used as a secondary bedroom( twin size). The bungalow opens up into the garden. You will be staying in downtown Oaxaca, in " Los arquitos" the iconic aqueduct that brought water to the city. The street is a small one way street that leads right in to the main streets of the city. you could not ask for a better and more convenient location.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the mountain

This experience was an accidental gift - we were late booking accommodations for Día de Meurtos and were lucky Maria & Hector’s mountain foothill oasis was still available. My friend & I came to Oaxaca for an Artist Residency, and this was the perfect abode to get our footing in Oaxaca before staring our program. Maria was flexible with arrival times, so very friendly and kind, prepared a sweet little altar for us to participate in the Holidays, and even shared fruit from her fruit trees. We loved every opportunity to chat with her and Hector (lovely, engaging couple). The property is breath-taking & ideal for rest and relaxation - a quiet escape from the bustling city. The animal noises, however, can be heard echoing throughout the hills (this was mostly charming). We were able to walk about 10/15 minutes to restaurants, bars, and groceries (and also pick up taxis). There are steep hills and neighborhood dogs to keep in mind - a good excuse to work those muscles to burn off all the fantastic Oaxacan food and drink ;-) FYI, it is about a 15/20 minute taxi ride to City Centro. Luckily, fares are relatively cheap. We loved, loved, LOVED our time here & even befriended a beautiful little house kitty. Highly recommend staying here - one of my favorite Airbnb trips to date <3

The house is located 15/20 minutes from downtown Oaxaca, depending on traffic. The hosts are very attentive, kind all the time. They left us fruit and passion fruit juice as a courtesy. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped so you can make and cook whatever you want. The house is beautiful and has everything you need if you are looking to relax and visit the center only to eat and/or for specific moments. The pool is clean and the garden is very well maintained. Clean towels available, as well as soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. We will definitely be back there on our next visit to Oaxaca. Nothing bad to say about the house or the hosts. Quite the opposite.

I loved my short stay here. Close to bars and restaurants without being too near El Centro’s noise. Quaint little dive bar next door too. Door lock and shower needs updating but the bed was very comfy and I had everything I needed including mood lighting.

Four of us had a heavenly ten days at Downtown Oasis in Oaxaca. I was with my parents and my wife so it was great to have our own rooms and en-suites on either side of the large living room. It was wonderful to be collected by host Ivan who drove us to his beautifully decorated AirBnB. He also responded to our queries incredibly quickly. It truly lives up to its name. The garden is a a true oasis. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are both gorgeous. Lovely big living / dining room (though we ate in the garden outside every day). Fantastic location…everything is within a ten minute walk including a brilliant local market as well as loads of fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops. We would love to stay here again if / when we come back to colourful, lively lovely Oaxaca.

Very interesting location, not far from downtown, 20 minutes drive or so. The place is semi private, cleverly designed. Industrial feeling with lots of concrete but very clean. Interesting layout, the path to the bedroom passes through a covered outdoor area. Very open layout in a rural area, great weather. Overall good value.

The location of the place is excellent, all the attractions in downtown Oaxaca are within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has additional utensils that make your stay easier. Daphne was very kind from the beginning and throughout the stay, she is always willing to help you with whatever you need and is always attentive. Excellent experience in every aspect!

wonderful place. highly recommended. busy part of town so its conveniently close to centre. But quiet place off the street which helps contain the nighttime noise. furnishings are a little old so not very eye catching on the pictures but don't be deceived. it's a beautiful home. everything works. very clean. we felt right at home. layout is also enjoyable. beautiful plants as you enter Maria is a wonderful host. very friendly and helpful. she made us feel incredibly welcome. she also allowed us an early check in and let us leave our bags after check out which we were very grateful for I'd stay here again in a heartbeat
