As a former resident of Toronto, I wanted a comfortable place to stay and work while I was back in the city for a visit. This place was perfect for what I needed. The workspace was very handy. It is a basement suite, so if that’s a concern for some people you should note there are some typical basement noises to be aware of: hot water heater, footsteps upstairs in the morning as folks get ready for the day. It didn’t bother me at all, but good to note if you are someone who might be bothered by that! For a basement, I thought it was very nice, comfy, homey and bright.

My mum and I loved staying at Karen’s place while in Ancaster for a work trip. The beds were especially comfortable and we were even welcomed with homemade cookies. Karen clearly goes above and beyond to take care of her guests and it is very much appreciated.

If you’re looking for a place to hang your hat in Hamilton, Ontario, you’ve found your place. My host, Helene, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Whether it was prepping the futon for my son who stayed with me a couple days or shoveling the regular snowfall, Helene made sure I was comfortable and safe. The apartment is immaculate and the television streaming services worked. The bed is comfortable and the provided coffee pods were ample. The next time I find myself in Hamilton, this is the first place I will look for availability.

The host was more than exceptional, he thought of everything that we could possibly need for our stay plus some, very responsive, very thoughtful, very friendly, can’t say enough about him. The suite had everything you could possibly need. 100/100 would definitely recommend

This cozy Airbnb had everything I needed for my short stay in Hamilton – close to friends, shopping, and fun activities. The space itself was beautiful and well cared for. I loved the quiet atmosphere, it was the perfect place to rest, reflect, write, and unwind after my busy days seeing friends in town. The neighbourhood was beautiful and walkable too ! Highly recommended.

Loved staying!! If you're passing through hamilton and need a peaceful, homey spot near great places to walk, grab coffee, and just get a feel for the area, this is the perfect spot. if it becomes available again, you're lucky!

I’ve travelled all over and I must say that the hospitality for this Airbnb was beyond what I’ve ever seen. We entered with the soft sound of music that they left playing for us on the stereo. Esma responded quickly to all question and concerns that I had. And she allowed us to check out later on the day of my licensing exam to relieve some stress for us. Her hospitality was out of this world!

Outstanding Accommodations! This place far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. It had everything there to make us feel like we were at home. Liv, your design expertise was written all over this place. Nothing was ordinary and the fine finishing touches did not go unnoticed….right down to the pen you had placed in the Scrabble board game. Even the book you had out to read looked very interesting. I liked the quality hair dryer you provided so much, I went and got one for myself! 😊 And to have a washer and dryer there is unheard of. Anyone staying longer would surely appreciate that! Ed and Liv were quick to respond and were very clear in answering me. Ed, we very much appreciated the personal welcome and farewell. This is an absolutely beautiful place with thoughtful touches and very responsive hosts. It had lots of great extras, snacks, drinks, luxurious linens, great bed and even a record player which I loved. You instantly feel relaxed and welcomed in this beautiful place which the photos don’t do justice. I can’t recommend this place enough and if you’re in the area treat yourself as you won’t regret it.

We’re so thankful we found this place! The host is so accommodating and very understanding. We were travelling with a baby and everything went smoothly. We had everything we needed for our short stay! Even though it’s a basement suite, we couldn’t really hear anyone upstairs and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need, the bathroom is clean and also stocked very well. I love all the extra towels available. The bedrooms are a good size and I love that there’s extra blankets and hanging space for clothing. I will say there’s no sitting area but the dinning table chairs work just fine and you can also just lounge in bed and watch tv or rest. The area is so nice and quiet. It was also nice and easy to get everywhere from there. We’re very thankful for the wonderful stay they provided! We would absolutely recommend this place!

Super clean, very well equipped with high quality stuff, perfect kitchen with everything that we needed and many that we didn't..! And Mirella... She was very welcoming and always there to answer all kinds of questions. Even though she already had instructions placed in the unit answering many of those questions. It really felt nice to see how much care and thoughtfulness was put into action to make this place comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed every day of our 13 days at Mirella's place and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

My second time staying, would love to come back again. Just a traveller’s FYI, i am a public transit kinda guy so that means this AirBNB is not anywhere close to a subway station HOWEVER each buses by 5 mins away from the apt take u to a subway station. The TTC closed it’s eastbound for a couple days here which was inconvenient but still nonetheless, DO NOT PACK q-tips, bath towels, toothbrush, paste or floss, and even an indoor slipper! Heshmat’s got everything! Totally worth the money for a private apt stay! 💙

Such a beautiful home. We felt welcome and comfortable. The space was immaculate and even had a Christmas tree for the holidays. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for our needs, with everything we wanted to do within reach. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s place. We felt at home the minute we got there. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pullout couch was brand new and the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. The hot tub was a real bonus as well. David was so responsive and kind. I would recommend his home to everyone and would go back if we are ever in the area again.
