Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

Melodys place had everything we were looking for and more. Beautiful new washer and dryer, supplies galore. Perfectly located near my son's house. We live in Australia and visit often. We will definitely rent this place again.

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rich’s place- it was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities one could possibly need- even champagne! The hot tub was amazing in the cool fall weather. Walkable to the stadium and easy to get to- I’ll definitely be back for more!

Great place if you’re going to Autzen for a game. A bit of road noise but the upstairs is pretty quiet at night. Make sure you pay attention when turning in, it’s right off the road.

Perfect little spot for my wife and I to use for a month as a landing pad while moving to town and shopping for a more permanent space. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the river park. Place felt safe and secure and had everything we needed for a longer stay

Super clear instructions to get in and it was exactly like the pictures. Having the option to do laundry on-site was a big plus.

I enjoyed my stay in Nickolas's Musical Oasis very much. I enjoyed his quirky wordly art and musical selection. The cd players happened to have my favorite artists already loaded. The location was perfect for me as I was taking a workshop and could easily walk to the location. He was an excellent communicator, and made sure I found it and got inside easily. I would certainly stay again.

This studio was great for my visit to University of Oregon for Dad's weekend. Fantastic location right on Laurelwood Golf Course and an easy walk to campus. Super clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Evergreen Landing! It was tucked about 10 mins from downtown Eugene which wasn’t a problem at all. The space itself was comfortable and inviting with everything we needed. Shanna was responsive and provided great instructions. Overall, it was a great time and I’d stay again.

Nomad’s Nest was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The location was beautiful, and the space had all the amenities we could want. Caroline was a wonderful host and provided a very detailed booklet of things to do and places to eat. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first! It’s a great place to stay while exploring the McKenzie River or Eugene area.

We we in Eugene to see afternoon Hamilton Broadway show. Just wanted quiet, clean place to sleep before returning to Salem. The fact there is no kitchen was no issue. it did have microwave and refrigerator. No TV but that to was no issue. It was a beautiful day close to the McKenzie Pathway and nearby rose garden which would be beautiful in June. Would stay again!

Very positive stay. The home is nestled among the trees near the Spencer's Butte area. It's a one bedroom unit above a garage, but it doesn't feel that way once inside. The vaulted ceilings and open layout make it feel spacious. The furniture and beds are supportive and well-made. The home was cleaned very well and non-toxic cleansers were used. It is well insulated and warm; one of the quietest night's sleep I have had in a while. Bob, one of the hosts next door, was very responsive and having them there made the place feel more safe and secure. Linens and furnishings feel high quality. Things to be aware of: you are in the woods - cell and internet service are slow. If you want to WFH, that could be challenging, depending on your needs. The home is on the same property as a full house next door - they were not disruptive or loud by any means, but you should discuss parking expectations prior to arrival.

Jeff made checking in a breeze and the spot was exactly as described. It was just a short walk to downtown Eugene and an even shorter walk to Hayward Field, making it an ideal spot for watching all the Olympic Trials track action. The rest of the floor was quiet and the breakfast and dinner were very high-quality. I'd recommend the spot for anyone looking to check out U of O or if you're in town for a track meet. Also, the parking spot was a huge win and a huge relief not having to worry about parking with such a big event in town.

The space was very comfortable for a several-day stay. Also quite convenient: 5 minutes to a Safeway or Albertsons, 10 minutes (or less) to campus, 12 minutes to Target and Walmart. The weather was not cooperative so I didn't get a chance to walk around the area but always felt safe coming and going.

This place was great! It has everything you would need. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, knife and cutting boards. The place was super cozy with a great retro style. The only thing I would ask for is more small lights so we didn’t have to use the big fluorescent light. Other than that, love love love!

We were in Eugene for our daughters graduation from UofO. Our son slept on the twin air mattress that he said was so good he didn't realize it was an air bed. They had it all set up and ready for us. Needed help with a delivery coming before we arrived and they accommodated that. Communication was excellent and the space was very comfortable for our needs. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tree House in Eugene! We were in town for a track meet at Hayward Field. The location was perfect! Lots of food options and 5 minutes from the field. Jason was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be reaching out next time we head to Eugene!

We stayed at Ann's place for the first time, for three nights, and it was lovely. Super quiet, and every room was very clean. The garden is beautiful. Would be happy to stay again on another trip to UO.
