Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

The place was very nice, as advertised. The one hiccup was a brief interruption of the on-demand hot water that Dawn got fixed as soon as I emailed her about it The location is un-matched, in a very quiet neighborhood near shops and restaurants in my favorite part of LA. Highly recommended!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Definitely one of my favorite casitas in the Santa Barbara area while visiting my daughter at UCSB! It’s so clean, fresh and filled with light, and very comfy. The hosts took care of every detail from bottles of wine to fresh flowers. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s close to everything. Would love to stay again!

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

The place is gorgeous! The decor and amenities make you feel just like home and everything was spotless clean! Even if this unit doesn't have deck access, you can still walk around the canals and enjoy the beautiful location. The parking spot is also a huge plus but there are good walking-distance spots nearby for eating around Venice. M. is an extremely responsive and attentive guest, you can tell how on top of everything she is. I have zero negative things to say. It was a perfect stay!

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

My first time using Airbnb and I was so impressed! I loved this rental. Perfect location where we walked to all the restaurants in Montecito. So quite and relaxing ☺️

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Great stay. Place as described. Good location. Front door to residences on side of building/down alley, pass Tocaya outdoor seating. A little bit of confusion and back and forth messaging when requesting early check in but worked out. Early check in confirmed the day before.

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

We have stayed in many places in the Reseda/Encino/Tarzana area over the past year. This location was convenient for a quick, affordable stay. The only issue might be that shoes are not allowed in the rental so if there are a lot of things to unload into the unit, it isn't convenient to have to take shoes on and off. It also is a second story unit so it would not be the best for anyone not able to easily climb steps to enter, or exit, the unit. It is a minor inconvenience, but notable if anyone has a lot of luggage or supplies for their stay. We have rented multiple times from Joseph and he is very attentive and responsive to any issues or inquiries.

Julie and Dave are just lovely people, even the groundskeeper Jesus is awesome. She responses so quick to any inquiries you have during your say. Julie had some extra freshly baked bread and it was delicious along with a yummy apple from their garden, fully organic pesticide free :). The place is nice and clean, bed cozy, clean linen, towels, and kitchenware. YOU MUST FOLLOW her directions to get to the property or else you won't make it lol. Once you learn the way its fun to ride up the canyon roads :D. The high speed internet is great which is a must because you will not have cell service up in the mountains which i didn't mind, just que up your directions on GPS before you leave and you'll be all good. The backyard is as described, simply beautiful with a view to match. Only downside is minor, you don't have a driveway access so at times when there are guest in the other units it can get a little tight on the street. Ultimately would def stay again, peaceful getaway in A+ location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

This place is the perfect get away! The scenic views are amazing. The area is very peaceful and safe. Mona is a wonderful host. I absolutely loved my stay.

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

My family and I had great stay at this place, very comfortable and felt safe in the accommodation and the area. Great shopping and coffee shops and had a great brunch meal at the nearby restaurant.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Great location, very walkable. And the apartment was a good size and clean. Wish list: more than just one fob to the building would have been convenient. Plus there were MANY lockboxes at the door. There should be an indication of which one belongs to this unit... I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out! Otherwise, it was perfect!
