The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

We loved our stay!! This house is in a lovely area looking out at the river and an easy walk to an Ocean beach. We loved the layout of the house and enjoyed most of its amenities, sand toys, fire pit, tvs, kayak, hot tub, etc. Julia was a very gracious host. She’s has an amazing online guide for your stay and is quick to respond to all questions. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles, and we welcomed the additions of lots of cozy blankets and heaters for the cooler month we were visiting. The house was also very generously stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We felt very at home and We are excited to visit again in the future.

This was the perfect location to share with our family that was coming from out of town. Total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was the cleanest home I have ever rented. It had more than enough items in the kitchen to cook with and lots of blankets, pillows and fans to be comfortable at night. We will definitely be back for a visit! Thanks again Mollie!

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

I had a relaxing stay at Maggie's. everything was as described and minutes from everything you could want or need. the beach access is very walkable. I had a great vacation, would definitely recommend to friends and family. we are already wanting to plan our trip.

Wonderful house for large families. Convenient layout, plenty of space for gathering. The sound doesn’t carry through the house, so the bedrooms are peaceful and separated from the common areas which was great. Nice deck with a view of the sea, very walkable to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Would stay here again!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a very quiet setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The only irritant was the shower, it is very loud and creaky. It was a bit rainy during our visit, and there were plenty of inside activities provided by the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Chad was an excellent host, he answered any questions we had very promptly. The house had above and beyond the amenities we expected from bathroom supplies to kitchen. We easily had room for kids to play and grown ups to catch up. The deck had a protected area from the wind so we got to enjoy the sunshine all day. Beach access was at most a 5 minute walk that was perfect for small kids and grandparents alike. We will definitely be visiting again!

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

Clean space, car charger was a huge bonus, walkable to the beach and Pelican. Single bathroom was the only downside, but overall would stay again.

We really enjoyed the space to spread out or to come together. The neighborhood was very walkable, we loved the easy access to the bay, and the wetland trail was a fun addition for walking the dogs. The backyard makes us want to come back during the summer months to be able to fully enjoy all the house has to offer!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!
