Very nice apartment, exactly as in pictures. Uncomplicated host and quick responses to concerns. Apartment was very clean and in top condition. We'd love to come back!

We stayed at the apartment one night. The apartment is beautiful! Everything worked out really well. The style of the apartment is really great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing that actually bothered us were the really very noisy neighbors. Sergej can't do that. We don't know if it was just an exception. We are rather quiet companions and so that was not so great for us. 😕 But if you don't mind, you can spend a great night there! And as I said, we don't know if it's always that way! ☺️ Value was great 👍🏼

all went good, excellent location,all necessary and more is inside appartment.i was just little worried about balcony entrance a little bit under renovation having a steeper slope.

Dennis’ space is spacious and located near the station. Nearby we could find restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and pharmacy. He was always very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Gerhard's was amazing. His place is better than it looks like at the pictures – as noted by everyone. a spacy apartment with a nice balcony. Obviously it's somebody's home – it has everything you need – all sorts of kitchen appliances, ironing board, whatever. Highly recommend this place and host – you won't regret it.

best arbnb we ever had experienced. plenty of supplies which was surprising, we had everything we need and food as well. nice and super clean place. we really loved and appreciated Pete's place and host as well. thank you!

We stayed in the accommodation over New Year's Eve and had a very good time. It was very great to stay overall. The landlords were quickly accessible (the stove top had been spun around briefly with us and then quickly repaired thanks to on and off with the help of the landlord) and very helpful. In general, the apartment was overlapping very nicely spacious and large for 8 people. The only drawback we could note would be that the general advertisement Memmelsdorf says in it, which has a better connection but the apartment is still a little outside and since the connection is a bit worse. Maybe you could include this in the advertisement as an indication. Otherwise everything was great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you

A quiet apartment with a great view to the south - advertised as a sun terrace not without reason. Away from the urban light pollution you can also watch a beautiful starry sky here. The apartment has underfloor heating, which I see as very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need and the contact with Sonja was very pleasant. Glad to come back!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

We stayed for two nights in Sonja's new apartment as a family with our two children. It is the basement of his house, superbly furnished, very well equipped, brand new and impeccably clean! A stay very close to neighbourhood and you can experience living like local. The stay has many amenities such as pool n sauna to offer, but too bad we have no enough time to experience it. Great host and the house has everything you need to feel like home.
