Nice and quiet location. We stayed for 9 days. You will need a car to do groceries etc. We were with two children (1 and 4 years old). There was a camping bed and a bed bar. There were some toys to play with, unfortunately few beach toys, some plastic cutlery and one plastic cup. Unfortunately no signs, and sabbits. So bring that yourself. The kitchen is very spacious, lots of storage space. The closets in the room are also spacious. The living space is large, the rooms can be made completely dark. There is a washing machine that you can use, only the laundry you should hang up. So when it rains, your laundry won't dry. You should be mindful of separating next level waste. This was a less nice point for us because it took a lot of time and it was always not taken with us. This piled up the trash. The beach is close (2 min by car) and there is a nice playground at the Eurospin and Despar. We would definitely like to go back to this place.

A warm and caring welcome in very good French from Marcello, an eco-museum park nestled in the countryside and retracing the history of Sardinia and the Sardinians, notably thanks to the visit to the park and the museum explained by Gianluca who allowed us to see and better understand the life of a family of former shepherds in a typical farm that has evolved over the centuries. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful terrace bordered by a two-hundred-year-old pine tree and access to the educational farm and the vegetable garden which we enjoyed for the evening meals. Finally, the advice given for sightseeing and places to see proved to be surprising and very rewarding! A bubble of happiness!!! A big thank you to you for these few days of discovery and rest with family.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s apartment which is in an idyllic setting overlooking the coast, islands and Tyrrhenian Sea. The property was easy to find with the clear instructions provided, and Stefania’s communication was always proactive, helpful and professional. The immediate resort is very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful natural countryside, and the immediate coves and beaches. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the location is great for exploring the NE of Sardinia more broadly. The home itself is very comfortable, was well prepared, and we made good use of the outside space for eating and enjoying the views. We had a few questions to discuss and Stefania was always quick to respond, as well as being naturally proactive in offering suggestions and helpful advice. We would definitely return to this property and can recommend Stefania and her husband as excellent hosts.

Cute appartement in a quiet residential area. Lovely stay at Filippo's place! Walking (5mins from a lovely gelatos shop, a restaurant and sort of a brasserie cafe) very good location with a 6mind drive only to some very beautiful beaches ! Beautiful area, and a lot of splendid places to go ! Definetely recommend having a car to get around. ! Very authentic and unique. Lovely stay, Filippos has been amazing all along the trip, checking in if everything was okay, responding to any questions. Would definitely recommend .

Pietruccia is a great host: she received us kindly and showed us around the apartment. There was everything you need as a guest. The apartment is spacious and has, as an absolute highlight, an adjoining terrace with fantastic views over coastal area and sea. The value for money is great! San Teodoro (a nice village with more than enough amenities and restaurants) is not far, but a car is not a luxury: On foot you walk along busy narrow roads, there is no hiking trail to the village. Not far from San Teodoro you can take fantastically beautiful (beach)walks.

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

Ivano's house is very well-equipped and very clean. The 2 terraces are very nice. We had some very, very endearing little visitors who kept us company. The place is also very good with children (we were 2 adults with 3 small children). Beautiful beaches are close by. Communication with Ivano is very good. He is a very responsive and understanding host when needed.

It was a good base to explore the winter to explore the wonderful surroundings, be it the mountains, the sea and the beautiful beaches of the east coast or the Nuragic culture. The house was preheated when we arrived, even the wood fire was burning. Nice terrace to have breakfast outside. A house with a colorful interior and friendly hosts.

A wonderful location with fabulous views over the sea, and a nice responsive host. The house is actually a new build but looks like it has been there for ever, simply designed to meld in with its surroundings. I was a bit nervous booking as there are two rental units in the same building but our neigbours were super quiet and I think only those who love peace and calm will come here. We loved the area too, the nearby Da Barone beach is extraordinary, stunning and totally unspoilt. The house is well equipped and nicely designed. My one quibble is that there is nowhere comfortable to sit inside (evenings are a bit chilly in Oct), and the terrace also lacks comfortable chairs for sitting (though there are two good loungers for lying in the sun). But this is easily fixed, and with a few comfy armchairs inside and good deckchairs outside, this would be as close to perfection as I can. imagine.
