We had a fabulous stay at this AirBnB. The house is super lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds are large and comfy and the AC works well. The outside area is the best part with a wonderful pool and sun loungers. The villa has a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants / bars and the beach, but we also found it helpful to have a hire car to explore some other beaches. The waste disposal in Sardinia is quite specific so make sure you clearly understand on check in. Overall a delightful stay and would recommend this villa!

Beautiful structure in the heart of the Marmilla, great for relaxing and having fun with friends or family. Very close to pizzerias, restaurants and leisure centers for the whole family. Beautiful and very usable pool immersed in a beautiful large garden, well equipped for convivial moments in absolute privacy and tranquility. Excellent welcome from Stefano, always available for any need.

Ugo's pool villa is located between the two most famous beaches of the Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, surely with Google Maps and the provided location is impossible not to reach the place comfortably. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends nearby you can't host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive space next to the house to leave your car. The swimming pool is beautiful treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are loungers, a relaxing corner, and a table. The porch is huge and there's shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, climate, coffee machine). Ugo is always available for any problem!

Lovley house that lived up to all of our expectations. Good location close to the Beach and also some stunning hikes along the coast. Extra plus for the host being so supportive and informative.

Antonio's place is definitely one of the most beautiful we've ever had! It was all right from front to back. The cottage is very clean and you will find everything you need, we really didn't miss anything:) The location is fantastic! Antonio is very attentive and hospitable, some treats and drinks were waiting for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the time and would come back anytime! Thanks 🤗

I would recommend this AirBnB without hesitation. The host was extremely helpful, even when I contacted him saying we didn’t have a chopping board, he bought a brand new one over that evening. The location is quiet with beautiful views and the pool was perfect. Being on the flower farm site did not bother or intrude on us at all. A perfect villa to experience authentic Sardinia.

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful house. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic and the island Tavolara seems very close. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is clean and furnished in a very nice style. Although the weather was a little unstable and occasionally it rained, we always ate outside because under the roof of the large terrace we were protected from wind and rain. Communication with Alessandra and Antonello was very easy and kind, and they always responded immediately. All in all: a house that makes you feel good and we can definitely recommend! We're sure we'll be back!

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

Virginia is an extremely helpful and friendly host ! The cottage is 100% as described in the photos and texts. It is very central, not quiet but also not in such a way that it bothered us. The roof terrace is great, we will miss it! Mega ice cream shop, I claim the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Tasty pizzeria in 1 minute walking distance, as well as a small supermarket next door. Great wine bar also 1 minute walk. Small bakery, pharmacy, cheese range and also a butcher shop as well as 2…3.. other shops in the village and within walking distance. Baunei is great. The cottage is great. The holiday has been a treat. Beach, hiking, people, land, sea... Highly recommended ! Love to you Virginia and also to Angela 😀 and all the helpers 😉

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. The accommodation is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers a lot of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). Around it are many other cottages, but there was almost nothing going on in October. However, another settlement is being built not far, so we had construction noise on a few days. Of course, this will change when the work is done. Since we traveled a lot, or were on the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest also rather small supermarket is 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Grazie!

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

Very nice house, well equipped, on a quiet street with a nice garden. Authentic village, located both close to great beaches but also to the mountainous hinterland. Multiple explorations much appreciated so! Ivana is very responsive and available. We loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We stayed at Ludovico's at the end of May 2024. The house is inconspicuous from the outside and has a great location not far from the beach and some restaurants. The decor is also great and there is everything you need. We felt very comfortable! All questions were answered quickly by Ludovico. Thank you!

Antonella (that we met) and Giuseppe (that we texted with) were really helpful and friendly. The place was really beautiful, clean and could easily accommodate 6 people. Was close to the highway and allowed us to start our excursions from there.

We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

We had a wonderful stay in the cozy, traditional cottage and felt right at home. Since we arrived in the dark, the parking/driveway was not immediately visible, but we were helped right away. We were very friendly at check-in and everything was briefly shown to us. Especially the grounds are very nice and well laid out, we had been able to use everything to ourselves during that time. I can definitely recommend the accommodation, among other things, as there is also a lot to discover in the area.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host is Anna. We stayed last week in June in her house, my youngest son wasn't well. Anna and her husband rang the doctors for us, set up un appointment and brought us to the doctor. Always checking how he is. The house was very clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable holiday! The area is very quiet, I use to leave the bedroom window open at night to listen to the nature song, absolutely beautiful! Our children climb in the trees in the garden wich keep the place fresh on a sunny day. We loved it there, plenty of nice restaurants and icecream shops around. We will definitely return.
